Hi, I have previously purchased your theme for another website and now I wish to use BeTheme for a NEW website. I have therefore installed WordPress and imported the demo BOOK AUTHOR including the childtheme. However, I would like to do everything correctly and now I understand that I have to buy an additional license for the new website.
My question is, can I just buy an additional theme on this page? And how do I register the new license without losing the setup I have already made on the new website. Sorry, it’s a mess, I am a beginner trying to fix my mistake :-/

I was wondering if it is possible to only show the sticky menu!
I want to have RevSlider on each page without the menu overlay and menu should only appear once you scroll down – sticky menu!
Would be perfect – otherwise I have to use diffrent theme for next project.
“Steakhouse” Demo solution would be fine as well – is it possible with rev slider ?

sure, it would be possible to have just sticky menu (once you start scrolling). You have to put one line of custom css only.

I don’t want to call for support, I just want to report some issues.
I’m working for some clients who use BeTheme with the Muffin Builder and Yoast SEO.
Within the muffin builder I’m working with the visual editor element and the Muffin image shortcode to format images wrapping text around them / floating and so on.
Non of them get recognized by SEO / Yoast Sitemap because Builder >> SEO won’t convert them into tags.
The same thing happens for image galleries. Muffin just writes down the attachment IDs as plain text.
And no, I won’t tell my clients they should open a ticket. I just want to let you know about issues of your product.

P.S. There is an option that makes Muffin Builder content visible for plugins like Yoast.

It’s such a shame that you’ve did not read my post.
Sorry, i definitely misunderstood it previously. I just thought it is working the way you said it’s not but already noticed that tags are not being converted. So yes, you are right, tags are not being converted because we do not see the need to convert them. To be honest, so far, nobody did not asked for this so looks like other people don’t need it as well.
So… sorry for them but just because nobody else did not asked for something did not mean that it’s working correctly.
It’s a difference for SEO and sitemapping if a page contains 3 images or 32 images. And none of the [image] tags and gallery images are recognized for SEO just because they weren’t converted correctly. That’s a big problem and makes the builder far away from SEO compatible.
It should not be a big deal to fix that.
Sure, we will consider it while future updates.

Hi I would like to use Be for hosting my record collection and I am looking for a pre-built design that allows me to display information in list and in tile format. Could someone recommend the best one for this. I had a look at some of the shop type designs which do this as part of the product description in Woo but I am not selling these so not sure how this would work. Many thanks Tom

if you mean to decrease font size on mobile, we have such option under BeTheme Options > Responsive > General > Layout section. All you have to do is enable Decrease Fonts button.

Hello I installed this great 2 years ago on a website (domain A), actually I wish to use it on another website (Domain 
, already the Theme was deregistered, deactivated and the them folder from the old domain; but when I try to activate the licence on the new domain B a warning inform me that I still need to deregister and the delete the folder from the domain A!! Please help.

I want to install all your 350+ pre-built websites inside a new website and make a ‘pre-built’ websites gallery same as you did here http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/ http://prntscr.com/k59ih4 . What steps can I follow to do this?
1) Install WP, install main BE theme, install wp 350 times inside that main wp installation, install all 350 themes on subdomains. Use some gallery maker to bring all those 350 websites on one page same as you did here http://prntscr.com/k59jul . Is that?
2) If this is not, what should I do to achieve the task I’m thinking of?

each pre-built website have its own WordPress instance so yes, you have to install as many WordPress’s as many pre-built websites you want to have. And then, for each WordPress installation you have to import specific pre-built website.

Yes, it looks like this. But I don’t want a full video in a slider, I want it as a background for content pages. My goal is to insert some content in it, like buttons, Contact Us Form and so on. Hi! I have small issue you can hopefully help me with 
For one menu item in the main navigation we have an image instead as a link instead of text. This does not seem to work anymore… it seems this happened after the last theme update, but we are not sure. We used this plugin to place the image: https://tinyurl.com/ya72qjkv
As you can see on our site, see: https://tinyurl.com/ybhw3ejj the image is not displayed in the menu, it says “Palet Welzijn”. In the footer on the right bottom it shows the same menu and here the image is displayed as supposed too.
I know you probably don’t give support in combination with 3rd party plugins, but I hope you can help us!

Can you please tell me step by step how to use offer slider? I’m new to Wordpress in general and when I open the it through Add Item button there are only three options: Category, Style and Text Align. I dont know how to put images and content within offer slider.

1. Please go to Offer section which is on the left side in main WP dashboard http://prntscr.com/k55xun
2. Under above section, click Add New to add new item (you can add as many items you like).
3. When offer items exists, please go to page where you would like use Offer Slider and add this item using Muffin Builder.
