Hi, on a previous question on how to customize a pruct page, the answer was:
You can Customize the Product Page Layout from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page easily all the Options regarding the Single Product Page you will find there.
This allows me to do some changes. But the page has a picture saying ‘Online support 24/7’ which we don’t have, so I would like to remove this picture and the divider line above it. How do I do this? It is the default product page. Also it shows Featured products in the lower right corner. They are shown from other categories and the products shown have nothing to with each other, so I would like to remove that section all together. How do I do that? I am still using the demo puctures, but they will be changed when all is working.

You do not need to use the third party plugin for social links, Porto has its default functionality of Social links.
Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Social Links >> Edit the social link what you want.

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will solve it for you.

Please update your Theme via CPanel by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue but before that please take the complete backup of your site/theme and also make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps: Your theme will be updated easily.
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

You have to do it with the help of Customization because there is no option in the Theme for replacing the Font Awesome Icons Bundle to Pro.
And I have already forwarded the request to our development department that please update the Font Awesome library in our latest coming new update of the Theme but remember if they will update, they only update the Font Awesome Library to newer version not the Pro version.

Hello dear developer, I have a problem opening the theme settings page when I click on the “theme options” links in the Wordpress top menu bar and the sidebar. Only the access by the tab of the same name located in the page “welcome to Porto” works. This problem is only present with the Chrome browser (v.67.0.3396.99). On Firefox, this works with an older ESR version (v 52.9.0). I noticed that URLs are different: - With sidebar and topbar links are same: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=porto_settings -> problem - With the Porto Welcome page tab link: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=porto_settings -> no problem Do you see the same behaviour at home? Sorry to say that but there is no option in the Theme to add a call to action in the main navigation, but you can use WP Bakery any element in the Navigation Popup Menus by using Block. You have to create a block and insert/use any WP Bakery Element in the block and set it as per your requirements and then use the same block in the Main Navigation SubMenu Popup.
