1. You can find the instructions to set up a Single Page Navigation in this article from our knowledge base – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/set-up-single-page-site/ . You basically have to set an ID for the Section and add that ID as URL to the Menu Link under APPEARANCES > MENUS.

2. To set up a Static Image in page, you can add the image as Background to the Section in TATSU. You can remove the Slider, by deleting the SHORTCODE EDITOR module that is present within the section.

1. Oshine is a powerful theme that is coded in a way that the performance of the site does not get hampered. You can check the load speeds of our main demo page that will explain this fact – https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/dQ7thA/http://oshinewptheme.com/ . We have asynchronous loading of resource files to make sure only the required js and css files are loaded in a page. We also have in build options to minify css and js files within the theme to further optimise the load speeds. We have lazy loading options for the Image, Carousel, Gallery and Portfolio Modules as well. We can offer more tips of how exactly you can use the options available and achieve good load times and page speed scores.

2. Yes you can use the theme one sub domains. However if you are looking to use it in a different domain, you may have to purchase another regular license.

3 and 4. Yes all the pages are built using our Page Builder and you can add more Sections to one page and can add a Video in that Section as well. The number of columns in the Portfolio Grid can also be easily modified.

Unfortunately we do not have options for questions 1 and 2 in the theme. You need to add custom changes to the code in the Child theme to implement those changes. Let me know if you want to make those code changes. I can assist you with the files that need to be modified.

To reduce the space at the top in the Single Post page, you can use the CSS code below -

    padding-top:20px;
}

You need to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

In that case, it is likely that the code you pasted is incomplete and that has caused other shortcodes in the page to break. Removing the shortcode / content that you added most recently should get your page contents back. And we can further assist you with the content that you need to add in the footer. @usuario9713 mentioned that when they change a colour in the settings that they do not take effect. I also have noticed this recently. It seems in one of the recent theme updates, some code update is causing the child theme to NOT override the parent theme. This is why colour settings or any setting does not work from the child theme’s stylesheet, because the parent theme is remaining dominant. Please fix this ASAP as it’s impacting my workflow. Plus, this now does appear to be an issue shared by someone else, so it’s not just me.

It is likely that the CSS/Javascript used to load the Theme Element is conflicted by the other plugins that you have. Please disable the plugins and check if that fixes it. Can you check if you have any 3rd party plugin enabled in your site? It is likely that the CSS/Javascript used to load the Theme Element is conflicted by the other plugins that you have. Please disable the plugins and check if that fixes it, Or Kindly go to SETTINGS ->PERMALINKS in your backend and set the permalinks to default style. Save the settings and then subsequently set it to POST NAME and save the settings again. This will refresh your htaccess file and will resolve any permalinks issue and you can edit your page with tatsu . If the issue persists, please email me your URL, wp-admin id and password via the private message form in the support tab so I can look in to the issue further and help you accordingly.

I also notice that your support pack is expired. Kindly renew the same to avail further theme related support.

Hi,

Tatsu is an integral part of Oshine and is included with every copy. You can install it by going to Appearances -> Install Plugins panel or Oshine -> Install Plugins panel. If you want to install it manually, you can extract the theme zip file and inside the lib/plugins directory, you can find the zip files of all the plugins included with the theme.

As mentioned earlier, we do not change the image of the logo and will pull it up in the original dimension. So the clarity of the image will be retained if you upload the image of sufficient dimension. Kindly provide the link to your site so I can if we are overlooking something here.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to link the Image in the Gallery. You can only have the Image in a Gallery open in Lightbox. But however in order to link an image, you can use the PORTFOLIO MODULE. In the portfolio module you have an ability to create a GRID of individual Portfolio Items, where a Thumbnail Image, Title & Category of each item can be displayed. Each item when clicked can be navigated to either a SINGLE PORTFOLIO PAGE or to an EXTERNAL URL or just simply open the full sized thumbnail image / video ( featured image ) in a lightbox.

To create portfolio, first you need to create single portfolio items in backend Portfolio > Add New. Here you can give portfolio title, assign category, featured image(thumbnail) that will be shown in the portfolio grid and link thumbnail to a single portfolio page or a external page. Refer the article in our knowledgebase http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/create-a-portfolio-post-item/. And then to present the single portfolios in grid format in a page, you can use the Portfolio module of Tatsu. In order to stop the mouse hover animation on the slider of demo V27 , on your dashboard navigate to SLIDER REVOLUTION > SLIDER SETTINGS in here under the “Parallax & 3D” tab kindly disable the “Enable parallax and 3D” option and save your changes. Yes you can very well have product with a fixed side bar by setting your portfolio style as “Single Page – Left Fixed Sidebar” under the Oshine portfolio options meta tab in the edit portfolio page.
