Hello, the Visual Composer and Revolution Sliders don’t install because it say’s that the plugins are empty

I followed all steps and I still get:

Hello, I built an eshop with a sidebar header. In the Single Product View, I hide the header. The problem is that I made some banners as HTML block, in the bottom of the page, and they are not full screen (from right to left), and they leave a blank in the left side. How can I fix this? It is crucial for my client.

Also is there a way I can have a top bar with the sidebar header?

I have been struggling for a while with one constant error. When uploading an image using the Wordpress multi image uploader. I get an error saying “HTTP ERROR” then the image doesn’t upload. This stops me from adding products to my website which is a nightmare. Ive contacted my host provider and asked for experienced help and they are telling me it must be something to do with the theme. Do you have any solutions/suggestions. Any codes ?

I think it is your site protocol issue. Please use the Really simple SSL plugin to convert your site to HTTPS protocol or ask your hosting provider to solve this issue for you. You can change the Link of the language switcher by editing the file wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php by your own.

Can you please make sure that Catalog Mode is OFF on your site from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Catalog, and if it is ON then please make sure that the price of the product is turn ON while using the catalog mode and if not then please make it ON and save changes and check your site after removing the cache.

Or it may be because of any third party plugin confliction so also please check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins on your site hope you will not find an issue and then activate your site all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue for you.

I think some files of the Theme corrupts while uploading/updating the Theme, Please make true the debug mode and you will find the file name and path which is being corrupted, so you have to update/Install the Theme again via CPanel and if your server requirements meets the latest Theme minimum requirements then you will not find an issue otherwise please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ and if after that you will find an issue then contact us through our support system with your site WP and CPanel Login details so we will check it for you.

Our theme uses Woocommerce Plugin and Woocommerce has its default functionality of payment methods and selling/purchasing.

1. Sorry to say that this is not possible with the help of theme options to restrict customers to buy minimum quantity of the Products although you can achieve this buy using any third party plugin easily.

2. As I told you already that our theme uses Woocommerce Plugin and Woocommerce has its default functionality of payment methods further more You can read more about Woocommerce on the Woocommerce official site.

Please let your licence to be installed in 2 sites, this is because that way you help your customers to be able to test any updates on a stage site before applying it to the main site. I am trying to do that and I cant, so no clue how can I update the plugins/theme/woocommerce on a test environment.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible as you already know that License Policy ser by Envato and we and all the Envato users have to follow the License policy, So you can use the single Theme on the Single Domain with Single Product purchase code if you want to use it on more than one Domains then you have to buy multiple license for each of the Domain. This is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

And like in your case as you said that you want to test the Theme update before updating the Theme on the main site/domain so it has a solution that De-Activate the Theme from the main site/domaim by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, and then Install the new updated theme on the test domin and Activate it with the same purchase code and test it, after testing it again De-Activate the Theme from the Test domain and again Activate the same theme on the main domain with the same purchase code. This is the only possibility in your case.

We will never test an update on a production site, thats not the profesional way to do this, I understand that envato has rules, but also you should help your users to tests the updates on another site, you will get less tickets with problems therefore everybody wins, maybe suggest this to envato, I know I am not the only one with this problem..

Yes you will find all the Theme updates ever for free and you can Install the single Demo at a single time on the single site if you want to Install any new demo then you have to override it on the older one or you have to buy a new Theme License for the new Domain for Installing and using a new Demo.

I wish to contribute to solving this dysfunction as clearly and quickly as possible in the event that other members were confronted with it.

On the one hand, the code proposed in the link page, introduces the password verification part. However, this code is already present in the //wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/woocommerce.php file. You should not enter it again if you do not get an error.

Then, you have to create the “confirm password” field in the account creation page or even in the checkout page (which I did). The code must be entered in the.php function file of the Porto child theme.

Then, be sure to enter the constant corresponding to the password, the one chosen by the Porto theme developer: $confirm_password.

You will think of modifying the text appearing before the field including that of the placeholder. As I am French, you have to change this:’Confirmer le Mot de passe’. In summary, it looks like this:

I already told you in my previous reply that By default Woocommerce does not have the confirm password field so you have to add it via PHP code and add it in the function.php file which you did.

Hi. Jusyt bought the theme. Have big hopes! Sadly getting the ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : ’ error on Visual Composer install. Also, I’m developing the site on a test domain and then moving it. I trust I can just reassign the licence when the time comes?

Please try once again by following the steps given below hope it will work for you.

1. The site must be on Live server, it will not work on the localhost because we have removed the premium plugins from the theme package and now those premium plugins are downloaded directly from our internal server which requires the site should be on the Live Domain.
2. If your site is already on the Live Domain then please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and there you will find the Deactivate button for deactivating the purchase code from the theme just click on it and then again activate the theme with the same purchase code then finally go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Plugins and try to Install/Update the Plugins hope you will not find an issue.

Regarding moving the site from one domain to another,you can do it easily, Like lets take a scenario, You have develop a site on the test domain and Activate the theme with the purchase code on the test domain now you want to migrate the site from test domain to main domain, so you have to first un-register/deactivate the theme from the test domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate you will find the deactivate button so just click on it and then you have to activate the same theme on the main domain with the same purchase code :) you will not find an issue of yes then contact us through our support system we will help you to solve your issue.

Hey, I am looking for a template where I have a lot of products with its descriptions (pictures + few sentences + price table, etc), like in regular shops, but without “buy” and “wishlist” buttons. Generally everything should work/look like shop but there is no “wishlist” and “shopping cart”. Do you have an example of such site in your portfolio? Regards

I think our Theme is perfectly suited for your specifications :), We have used a Plugin for Wish list Icon in the Theme so if you do not want to show/use Wish list just you have to deactivate that plugin, And the other is Shopping Cart Button so it is really simple to hide it, You can hide it with the help of simple Custom CSS, after purchasing the Theme please contact us through our support system with your site Login details so we will make a Custom CSS for your site ass per your requirements :).

Great! And thanks for so fast response. So going further – is it possible to put dedicated for that product or some group of products form and “ask for offer” button on each page? Ideally would be to have something like this: https://prnt.sc/ke6qi1 from the top-description of product/group of products, tabs with particular products, and at the bottom the contact form with some predefined options when customer asks for offer. Of course for each product/group of products there’s gonna be another form :) BTW – I know which competitive template was used on the page from my screenshot, but I like your template much more so far ;)
