Thank you for the theme, it looks great but perhaps you can help with an issue I have spent a few hours trying to figure out.
I have followed your guidelines (http://www.screencast.com/t/zrDage9q2) for changing the background image on the homepage. In the demo, this is a camel picture but I not the version I have imported seems to be off some streets in Europe somewhere. Anyway, I have tried using to composer and now visual composer but the image remains on the streets.
I have edited the row and input my image many times. Updated the page over and over etc. However, the streets are still showing. Perhaps you can tell me what i am doing wrong and how I can fix this issue? Your guideance to previous posters has not worked and I have spent many hours on this already.

I bought couple of licences to this theme. You make every customer to make an account after entering licence code i theme panel. I dont want to make 6 accounts for support centre and i only want to use one of them to have this theme activated.

Please update your version of safari as I just tested our demos on all our safari devices but they look fine. However we are at safari 11 now. Safarai 8 is a very old version to be using. Please update. We did not test our theme or demos on much older versions of the browsers.

Sorry but our theme does not provide such functionality to hide certain settings for particular user roles. This ca only be achieved with custom modification to the theme PHP files. You will have to hire a freelancer to help with the customization though as we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.

Not all google fonts are included in the theme. The “Spectral” font is not among the theme fonts. Hi. First of all thank you for your great work. I have a question. Can we change the meta info in posts seperately. For example i want to hide post date/author for one post, and not second post.

This can be done by using the cloud library and creating a post template (using the tagdiv composer) without meta information and apply it to the post you want to remove the meta from.

Your blocks do not seem to use proper thumbnails of the images. Please use the ‘force regenerate thumbnails’ plugin to regenerate your thumbs. Let us know how it goes.

Allows you to use the theme on one domain only. Hi, I was wondering if the TD composer contains any way to place ad invocation codes directly onto a page other than using the ‘Ad Box’ element. We currently have more ad zones than the Custom Ad spaces in the Newspaper theme allow, so we are looking for ways to easily place them through TD Composer. Using the Raw HTML element shows me my banners on a blank white page instead of placing them through the composer. Is there any particular code I need to use, or do I need to approach this in a different way? Thanks!

The raw html element will not render shortcodes. However the column text element will. Simply place your ad code in the column text element in text mode.

You already have full access to the plugin functionality without the activation. As for the front-end editor, yes, it has been disabled by the theme as the front-end editor created problems with our theme. In the latest version, using the cloud library you can create not only posts, but categories, author templates, attachment templates, search templates, tag templates, etc. The cloud library allows the use of the page builder on all of these pages. VC can only edit posts and pages 
Our tagdiv composer allows you to create a template directly which you can apply to all posts at once or all categories so you do not have to go in and edit each one in particular.

Sorry but the social counter does not have any settings to add new social networks to it. The social counter plugin provides a set amount of networks that can be used.

For the moment there was no Gutemberg implementation into our theme so we cannot say for sure if it will work properly or not. The Gutemberg released in the latest version of WP is not a final version. It is a test version if you want to give it a test run. When the final version will be released, we will also provide the proper implementation needed for the functionality of the new builder. You can try it out but we cannot ensure it’s proper functionality in the current theme version.

The boxed layout size is fixed in our theme so you cannot change it. If you want a boxed website, it will be enough to set a background image or color in the theme panel and the site will no longer display full width elements.
