Ive litrally just noticed this, how comes Bridge theme has disabled required fields for checkout?
everyone can make an order without putting email address in or address or name, same on your demo, but as default i thought woocommerce made these required fields????

No, we didn’t remove any required filed in checkout process. You could activate Default theme, and you’ll see that there are the same fields.

I’m facing the same prob as mentioned by Stijndw 14 days ago:
“We’ve noticed that there is a problem with the qode search type. When choosing for example ‘slide from header’ or ‘search covers header’ and click on the search icon and click the icon to close it again, all clickable links on the page are disabled although it shows the hand cursor icon.
I also tested it on a demo website: http://bridge16.qodeinteractive.com/ Reproduce: – Click search icon – Click close icon (or anywhere else to close the search) – Try and click random button/link.”
Is there already a fix for this issue?

I have a problem with the responsive menu. I don`t understand why appear the header bootom so hight (the height is too much), and the Social Networks thar are in the widget right to logo are above the logo.
Just happens in mobile version.

No, Bridge theme nor any other of our themes doesn’t have malware in it. Please check with your hosting for security issues on your server, ask them if they can scan your files and search for malware.

On bridge theme, for shop. example page http://bridge214.qodeinteractive.com/cart/ I curious with the Carts Total section thats below proceed to checkout, If you have cross sell on a product, below “proceed to checkout” you will see the cross sells, and below that you will have the Cart totals.
Surel Cart totals should be above the proceed to checkout button, seem odd where its been placed especially when cross sells are in place

It could be that your support period is over. Please, try to deactivate all third party plugins and check this again. We think that this could be because of conflict with some third party plugin, or because of cache plugin.

I have a little problem regarding the Google Map API. I created an API key and put that key in Qode Options > General > Google Maps. The map is correctly displayed the first time but when I refresh the page, I have this error in the console : “You have exceeded your request quota for this API.” and the Google Map don’t load anymore.

Thank you for this suggestion. We included several icon packages in our Bridge theme. We will consider your suggestion with our senior staff further more. To disable some icon packages, just open this file \wp-content\themes\bridge\framework\lib\qode.icons\qode.icons.php and comment out lines we marked here. On this way you’ll remove icon packages for LineaIcons and Dripiicons.

Yes, WPBakery is our required plugin, since it is our main page builder. If you disabled this plugin, you should follow message from dashboard in order to activate it again. Also, you could check this part of our Official Manuals to see how to install/activate required plugins.

Hello, I bought the bridge theme a while ago .. now I want to activate it on a test site, but once imported the demo version (number 7) does not make me edit the slide because it tells me to activate the WpBackery plugin. how should i do?

On your theme, where you hover over cart, and it displays the item in cart, what hooks does this use, as i have a Smart Variations Images PRO, which uses woocommerce hooks, so on actual cart page it displays the image of the the actual variation, however on your hover it only shows featured image

the author said they use woocommerce hooks, they said it will work if the theme uses the woocommerce hooks too. on cart page i get my variation images of the selected item, its just the hover cart i do not, i cant open ticket sadly as purchased bridge some time ago
this is what the author said
“Although in most cases it will work, there are some cases it may not work because the theme must be using some other code that doesn’t use the WooCommerce hooks, and therefor I cannot change the elements.”
