Hi, I renewed my support, and am trying to enter a ticket on the support page. However, the “verify purchase” button keeps directing to a broken link, and I cannot submit a support ticket. Is there an email address I can email for support instead?

It could be that last session is remembered in your browser. So, try to clear the cache on your browser or visit our support forum from the new browser. That should be able in order to submit a ticket.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, clearing the cache did not fix the issue. I’ve also tried it from a different browser and I still get the same issue. It just pulls up a white screen with the text {error RedirectUri provided”}
I wasn’t able to submit by verifying through Envato, but I was able to verify with purchase code. Seems there is simply a redirect issue with the button.

This theme Aviana is all broken when published live. I tried all your troubleshooting instructions but it didn’t work. Tried to raise a support ticket on your support website, but Aviana theme is not listed there as any project. You people sell themes here and on your website, the project is not listed, and there we can’t proceed without selecting and verifying the purchase.
It is extremely bad experience to do business with you people. Just get this theme working as soon as possible.

I just started working with Your theme (life coach child theme), and I have couple of questions, could you please help me out asap? I am unable to submit a ticket, it just takes me back to the original page.
1. First of all I cannot find documentation needed for aviana theme, I used the one for mikaido one, but it’s not precise. Is there one for aviana? 2. I only imported ONE FILE – aviada.zip. I do not understand if i need to import other files like revolution slider or put in the codes to have a fully functionning website? 3. I was having some issues with woocommerce, as it says that I have expired templates. Is it necessary to update them? I do not understand how to get that done. 4. in my first home page, the section “3 steps to make you happier” is gone, it doesn’t show up. Can you help me find it? 5. I though WP bakery is in with this theme, but when I press on it they take me to the page where I have to buy it. How come? 7. My drop down menu is not showing how can I make it show? 8. I choose one blog style, but do not understand how to put blogs into it.

1. We are wanting to alter the products singe page title of Description to Ingredients. We have been looking in the Editor but don’t seem to be able to find the page or area to edit. Are you able to provide a title that the code might be nested under? Just so we can find it.
2. We are also having issues with the thumbnail images put up on the products pages under (gallery section you can add to a single product page) they are thumbnail images and appear to be blurry and of a low quality. Is there a way to fix that?
3. On the single pages for: - the Blog page and - the single products page we don’t seem to be able to add an image to the sides of the boxed layout.(Outer edges) The image we are after is set up in the pages section of the Mikado Options to show on all pages but for some reason, it is not showing on the single Blog or Products page entries. Is there an area we can directly edit that? As I can’t seem to find a place that might be overriding this issue.
4. Image sizes Is there a standard image size that should be used with the split slider screen? Is there a standard image size that should be used for the Revolution Slider?

I am having an issue with having to disable the mikado core plugin for the WP Bakery to work. I also have no other plugins beyond what came with the theme so why am i having this conflict. It is also making the editing panel disappear so i cannot edit the font, bullets etc.

When it comes to gAppointment plugins, please, note we didn’t test our theme with this plugins so we cannot confirm compatibility. Yes, you are able to do desired css customization.

Hi guys I have purchased this theme however it is telling me that “Your theme (Aviana) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

Unfortunately https://mikado.ticksy.com/ does give an error for the moment and we have done everything that is in our hands, however we can’t do much as this is not our fault and it is not an error caused by us. So we have contacted the owner and a ticket is open and we are waiting for this to be solved as soon as possible so we can start providing support to all our customers.
