So you can’t edit the padding of the site globally? That is a relatively basic option. Could you give me at least the class name that controls the padding of the main content?

The most efficient way would be to insert this custom CSS that will affect all pages and set padding for devices with screen widths less than 480px.

Hello, I would like to use the split screen on a portfolio page for 3 slides, then keep on with other visual composer sections. Right now only the split screen appears and not what’s next. Is there a way to do it? Also a little point I didn’t found, is there a way to globally change the blue colour for the underline of the text in the menu or the back to top icon…or only custom CSS? As far as I can tell, Split Screen shortcode uses scroll functionality, so you are not able to scroll past this element & that’s why you can’t go any further. Main theme color should be changed from Edge Options > General. If some elements won’t change their color, that means they’re created separately and don’t come under this option. Those elements can be found inside Edge Options > Elements & if not, custom CSS should be applied.

Hi,
I am currently working on the theme and I have encountered 2 problems.
1. In the section of Edge portfolio I want to edit the content of the sliders and the video. I read the documentation and could not find anything about it. The visual composer is not available there, it seems very difficult to read between the codes.

2. I chose the pinterest portfolio as a home page. I uploaded a new portfolio item, but it never appears in the home page. How can I choose a portfolio object to appear in the home page? I even changed the option to make appear everything I published and still doesnt work.

Hi, I can’t activate Slider Revolution nor VC. I tried to reinstall the theme, then disable and re-enable the plugins, but nothing seems to work. It’s always asking me to buy’em. How can I activate these plugins?

We have bought the extended licence for premium plugins that come with our theme (Visual Composer and Revolution slider), so that you can use them for free without buying the licence, and we can’t give you the license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. This only means that you can not update the plugins automatically, but you need to wait for the update which will be included in latest theme updates, as soon as the new version of plugins becomes available.
You can ignore the messages for further activation you’ve got in your admin area.

Unfortunately, there is no option for adding page background image. As you can see: https://www.screencast.com/t/L7jRjyHwwe have implemented option for page background color.

If you are seeing one of following errors T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM or unexpected ‘[’ problem is simple.
You need to contact hosting service provider, and to ask them to increase server PHP version according to WP requirements https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ – PHP 7.0, or maybe at least to PHP 5.6 because according to that error current PHP version is below version 5.3. Theme will probably work with PHP 5.4 but some plugins may require heigher versions of PHP like for example Woocommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ so if it is possible it is always advisable to follow WordPress recommendations.

Seems like you didn’t install Atmosphere theme properly, some files are missing. Please, check again this chapter from our Official Manual http://atmosphere.edge-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_installing_atmosphere
where getting started and importing our demo is explained step by step.

We will update VC plugin to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugin if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete this plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again this plugin and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find this plugin in our theme folder/plugins select it and click import/install.
But, if you need VC urgently, please submit a ticket on our support forum at https://edge.ticksy.com/ and include your site URL with wp-admin access and our support agent will provide you asap.
