Gutenberg is still in beta version but yes, we’ve tested BeTheme with this feature and we did not noticed any issues. However, because it is still beta, we do not recommend to use it.

The situation is that we had one Licence asigned to a project that doesn’t exist any more: www.toldcenter.com We deregister, unistall and delette all the information of that website and we want to use that licence to other project. However, when we try to register it, we have this message: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: www.toldcenter.com
Like I told you, we have already done this.
Please, we need to start with that new project asap.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. Hello, I have a huge problem with your theme. With Be-Theme enabled the HTTPS protocol is incorrect, while activating a basic theme such as Twenty Sixteen and the HTTPS certificate works correctly.
I think it can help you to know that the HTTPS certificate works correctly in the backend with Be Theme installed.
I need quick help because the site is already online and Google indexes unsafe pages.

In the left menu of backend there’s Portfolio. I can add portfolio items there. In order for the Portfolio items to appear on the frontend do I need to use the Portfolio item in Muffin builder? Or can I get the portfolio items to display another way (without using muffinbuilder)? (My specific problem was that I couldnt portfolio to show as masonry layout on frontend)
Yes, inside Portfolio section you can only add/manage specific items. But, if you want to display them on page, you can do this using Portfolio item or set up Portfolio page the way it was explained in the documentation.

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

i have been setup bethem on demo domain, and then i have change from demo domain (demo.mycompany.com) to main domain (mycompany.com), but link on the all page no update domain demo.mycompany.com to mycompany.com, so photo not display

If you will open your style-static.css file, you will see it’s empty. Just open https://kicaso.kr/wp-content/themes/betheme/style-static.css?ver=20.9.5.6.1 This is the reason, why styles do not load on page.

If I update new betheme version, Is it still ok?
Yes, if you uploaded style-static.css file into child theme, you won’t lose anything on update.
I can’t manage to make an account in the Muffingroup forum, I see an error “Themeforest username invalid”. In one of the menus in my website, I have used Custom CSS Classes, As submenu just like a one page website but the problem is when I add links to the that page the links doesn’t work at all but when I remove the Custom CSS Classes the button link works. Can you anyone have any idea what is my mistake?

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:
