We have included Timetable Responsive Schedule for WordPress plugin in the official package release. Please take a look -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MDXqVtLjcDZ

Once you install our theme, the notification on the top of the screen will appear to install all required and recommended plugins. As Timetable Responsive Schedule is not “a must” for the users who don’t want any tables, it’s marked as “recommended”. If you skip that message, or turn it off, it won’t appear again and you won’t see the recommendation to install this specific plugin.

This is probably what happened on your side and since this plugin is free to use, we assumed you had it installed and nevertheless see shortcodes in your front-end. That would require some additional inspection, therefore we politely asked you to extend your support period.

Again, this plugin does come bundled and it’s most likely you missed the recommendations, so, please, forgive the misunderstanding, as we didn’t have enough information from your side from the first comment.

It should be required if it is required for a demo to work. I installed it everything is fine now but I didn’t understand it was required for the demo to work properly.

As stated above, we don’t have a different set of plugins for each demo. Once you install Bridge, you will see notification to install all required and recommended plugins. Required plugins are usually the ones necessary for basic editing and appearance (WP Bakery, Rev Slider). Recommended ones are sometimes necessary for demos or shortcodes to work properly. If you close this notification, you won’t know what should you install/activate in order to run demo properly.

This was exactly the case on your side. Sorry if this isn’t explained better in the documentation.

That is because of low PHP version, probably below 5.3. Just ask your host to increase PHP version or check if option is available from hosting Cpanel. It would be good to increase it to PHP 7 as WordPress and WooCommerce now recommend that version https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ .

If you open file on this path: wp-content\themes\bridge\includes\shortcodes\shortcode-elements\carousel.php and type “rand” like we did for orderby param, you’ll get desired behavior. Please, check this screenshot.

Please disable all 3rd party plugins you installed after theme purchase and remove all custom CSS and custom JS from Qode Options > General. Additionally, please check PHP version on your server, make sure it’s 7 or above and check with your hosting provider if you meet the PHP resource requirements for Bridge to run successfully.

You need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software​, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex.

Thanks. For the latest row on this page, you could edit row that is holder and set some Extra Class Name under row settings, and then use this part of code:

Please, check this video we just made on your website. So, when you change the country, state or anything won’t be changed, these fields are remembering what has been entered locally on machine, and don’t provide you with list of counties.
