Messages sent by BuddyPress are in text format
He wants me to be sent in html format. I set up sending an email via smtp and it still does not work

Hi, emails can be edited from Wp admin – Emails. Make sure your smtp is sending them as html.

since the latest update the buddypress activity page takes forever to load. Also the recaptcha is not working. To me it looks like the rtMedia plugin is somehow responsible. When users are not logged in then the activity page speed is ok.
and on mobile it’s very slow
But on the iPad is works great! Very strange

When disabling rtMedia it gets better. But still not super fast. I played a lot also with caching to improve but it’s still not as fast as it was before the update. When not logged in the page loads fast so maybe it’s not only the rtMedia plugin but also the “posting field” of buddypress. Still remains to me a mystery why on the iPad it’s fast.

Hi, I uploaded to newest theme version as well as newest plugins version including buddypress 3.0, but now there is a mess in members tab. My friends tab is showing activity stream, All members tab is showing only ‘Teachers’, ‘Students’ tab is showing all mebers, some tabs don’t really work and nothin happens when they’re clicked. This needs to be resolved ASAP as the website is live a nd serving many members. What shall I do?

For one of my clients I just updated the theme to the latest version. I’ve found out that the new theme has problems with loading pages. It’s very slow because it have to wait for some external sites like Facebook and googleapis.com to be loading first.
We’re not connected with Facebook and don’t want it in the near future.
When we rolled back to the old theme everything works fine again.
How can we stop loading these external sites??? Or how do we remove them? We can’t find the script that’s responsible for this.
Hi, make sure that you have Facebook login deactivated from Wp admin – Theme options – Facebook Integration. We haven’t changed something about Facebook or google font that relates to googleapis.com. To disable google fonts you need to make sure all your chosen fonts from Wp admin – Theme options – Fonts are normal one and are not google Fonts

Hi, This is a pre sales question, while going through your theme, there is bug in the lost your password form when using WP Recaptcha plugin as advised by you for Kleo register element. If we deactivate this plugin the registration is not secure and if activated the lost password form does not work.. please see this issue and answer if there is any solution for this.
also why Kleo is nit supporting Nouveau template in buddypress, if both these issues are resolve we could decide to purchase the theme, else it is useless

Hi, in our latest version the recaptcha should work. Nouveau it is still not compatbile with all integrated plugins but we will release it as soon as the integrations work in the new pack.

My client has the kleo 4.3.10 but kleo register form cant register and shows php error for wp recapctha bp plugin, once disable everything works fine, but the site is than prone to bot registration, Do “kleo register” works with any other captcha plugin because wp recaptcha bp is now buggy. You must look into this as this will impact your good theme.

Google adwords detects some king of malicious code on my website when Visual Composer is installed, but when I uninstalled it, the problem dissapeared, voilá, no more malicious code messages.

Hi bro. I don’t know where is located the malware but it generates some files such as wp-tmp.php, wp-feed.php and wp-vcd.php inside the wp-includes folder. These files contains suspect URL’s like https://cobalten.com/ https://go.mobisla.com https://go.oclasrv.com and https://mobpushup.com (do not open it). The problem is that I don’t know where are located the root of the problem. The mentioned files are just on the surface.
Hi, then your site must be infected and you need to remove all wordpress core files and reupload them. I advise you to do the same with all plugin files and theme files since if a virus somehow got on your hosting account it needs to be removed from all the locations
I couldn’t edit in the WPbakery page builder. When I click on edit button at row or collum, a window jump out with “close” and “save change”, but no content within that window. If I deactivate slider revolution, I can edit. What shall I do?

I would ilke to display ‘Activity’ tab instead of ‘Profile’ tab as default. At the moment, ‘Profile’ tab is loading by default, but everywhere I read ‘Activity’ should be by default so nowhere I can find the way how to change this. Is there an option to set ‘Activity’ tab as landing page for a user when logged in?

Custom sidebar is not loading for my Sensei Courses page. Only default one still loads, even when I select custom sidebar in sidebar section of the page. When I create a new page and select custom sidebar, this works fine, issue only occurring when selecting a sidebar for ‘Courses’ page by Sensei. Any idea what this is caused by?

Yes, still the same problem… no matter what I try, no other sidebar loading for my ‘Courses’ page than main one. Also, no matter how I modify this page, nothing loads, only list of available courses.
