I am interested in purchasing your product, here’s a summary of what I am trying to build. I am trying to build a pc part picker website with many options.

Here are some queries:

Does it include -

-Dashboard: Do you have a dashboard for us to see statistics of our individual product sales etc. How many sold within a certain time period/which timing is the best/ geographically where is making the most sale

-Payment options: Paypal, Stripe, bank transfer, skrill and any others?

- Options tab: in the product page for parts customization/ different options?

-Refund – Is there a tab programmed to facilitate refunds by customers?

-Inventory management – For us to know how much stocks are left/ sold, this should be automated, and provides us the option to manually manage it as well.

-Coupon and point system, targeted promo code – Is it possible to set something up? Where customers are rewarded points into their accounts whenever someone used their promo code to make a purchase.

-Mailchimp – is this feature available?

-360 view – I looked into your demo page and found out none of the websites allow for viewers to have a dynamic 360 degree view of the product. Is this available?

-Live chat – To facilitate customer service and queries, is it possible to set up a live chat box to interact with customers?

-Page speed and yslow grade?

-Custom html – to what extend can i customise, would i able to add java script etc. because we are to build a custom pc part picker, and we want to display some form of graphics and description from the options the users have chosen. Is it possible to be done?

Live search On the search bar, when users search for something, the options will be shown.

-Cart dropdown – When the user clicks on the cart tab on any page, a cart drop down will show what they have put into their cart and must have the option to buy from the cart drop down.

- Can we position the navbar links in the center?

Hey guys. The theme is not working with WooCommerce multishipping address. When the plug-in is activated the cart when your inside my account page breaks. Could you please check? WooCommerce says it’s the theme we should contact..

Pre-Sales Question:

1) When disabling a section or item for mobile, how does this work? Divi still loaded all sections disabled for mobile making the mobile page very bloated. 2) I can’t use the checkout on the demo, is it a one page checkout?

Most of our traffic is mobile so I want the mobile speed to be 90+, will that actually be achievable?

question about shop page showing specific number of products per row and number of products per page. I went into flatsome theme options and modify the category page to specifically list only 3 products per row and 45 products on a single page, it isn’t working. Under preview from theme options, the layout works fine. But when I hit save and double check from the actual webpage, the layout is not changing. Also it keeps displaying 61 products instead of 45 as specified. This is a problem because when I hit page 2, the 21 products that should not be displayed are displaying again as duplicates on page 2. My support has already expired, hopefully someone can explain what I am doing wrong.

I am using flatsome child theme. If I use the original flatsome theme, everything works fine. I even deleted all the custom made child theme folders, purge all cache, but nothing is working.

Is it possible now to edit Woo Category pages with UX Builder or is that functionality planned with an ETA?

Great Theme! Do you have an option that every main category in the main menu is like in bold? It does it with the first one showing. It would be standing great when head categories are in bold and sub ones are normal. But still there is no theme as good as yours!

Your theme (Flatsome Child) contains outdated copies of some of the WooCommerce templates:

Trying to upload google webmaster tools code in wordpress editor header part, but when i hit update, i get an error:

Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.

Hi, is the updated theme up to PHP 7.1? I need to update to 7.1 for some other plugins and the Siteground cache but it’s saying that Flatsome won’t allow for this. It says there are a couple of errors deprecated since 5.3
