Hello, i have 2 questions. Thank you in advance! How can we open the menu when we click on a home photo’s (slider)? When you click on a photo on the slider the menu should be visible, like you would press on the hamburger. Second question: How can we get a portfolio page, like this example http://online.rove.be/portfolio/s-bonheiden-2-2-2/ with a big slider. Like this page, http://online.rove.be/portfolio/db-mechelen-2-2/, but with a slider and not below each other. Thanks!

I am trying to use the v29 demo (the white portfolio theme). Upon installing the logo appeared to be one of the wedding stock images. Whenever I change this logo in the oshine settings, the header and footer background changes to black (although the settings the bg is still white). It appears that the demo adopts certain colours from the black version; as the navigation menu background turns the dark grey and the stack colour changes to blue.

Hello, I wanted to use the Gallery you are using in your V42 under “our gallery”. But it always says “Revolution Slider Fehler: Slider with alias Salon Gallery not found.” Couldn’t find this Gallery in the Revolution Slider Samples which came with the Theme. Where can I find this?

The issue is due to the Metabox’s media uploader being incompatible with the latest Wordpress Version. We have fixed this and the updated theme version is available from download. Hi, how do I change the secondary colour in the navigation menu? I have changed the ColorHub palette to the correct brand colour, but the navigation menu hasn’t changed.

Hey Guys. Love your theme but I have what is probably a simple problem. On my pricing page (which is V41 page) I have content that is not showing up in the tatsu page builder but there is duplicate content on the page over and over. I am trying to get rid of everything below the first “want to work with us section”. I have tried over and over and I’m just stuck. Please please help.

Hi, It is likely a server issue that you are unable to install and activate the plugins using One Click Installer. You can however, install them manually. By navigating to PLUGINS > ADD NEW. You can find the plugin files in the folder path – OSHIN > LIB > PLUGINS. Instructions to manually update the plugins, is available in our knowledgebase here- http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-plugins/ . Please install it manually and activate. On Firefox, I have no problem seeing these videos. When I switch to Safari, I see problems. Also, I’m editing my site on Firefox.

The consent message is from the BE GDPR Compliance plugin that we recently introduced with Oshine 6.5 update for GDPR purpose and not an error message. You can check the options under Settings > BE GDPR Compliance. This message will appear by default on all your videos if you have the plugin activated for privacy purposes, but if you do not want to show this message you can very well deactivate the BE GDPR Compliance plugin in your backend.

Thank you, Varsha. I checked the BE GDPR settings, but saw that it wasn’t activated. I deleted all of the language, and hit save. I still experience the error message. Is there another way to deactivate this plugin? Please advise; I am unfamiliar with this feature altogether.

In order to change the shape of the submit button in your contact form from circular one to rectangle kindly navigate OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE AND LAYOUT SETTINGS in here under the “Button shape” option kindly change the option from circular to default and save your changes. Kindly note that the Button Shape change will be will be applied to all the buttons including Blog Read More, Portfolio View Project, Comments Submit, Shop Pages and Contact Form Buttons.

Yes, the theme is compatible with Elementor and you can use it to build your pages.
That said, the theme also includes our own Front End page builder (TATSU) and all our demos pages are built using this page builder. I have three questions:
1. Is there a way to randomize the order of images in the portfolio? I was looking through past comments, and since people were asking about it about 3 years ago, have there been any changes made?
2. Is there a way to edit how the website will appear on a mobile device, exclusively? As in, I like how my desktop site is looking, but I’d like to change the height of the header on the mobile site, for example. As well, I added some social icons to the top menu, and they look great. But in the mobile, they overlap with my logo.

1) The pictures in the Portfolio are ordered based on the Post Creation date. To rearrange them, you can simply change the Post Create date in the backend. Alternatively you can use the ”Post Type Reorder” plugin to order the portfolio items. However this plugin would not work if you are using Infinite Scrolling or Load More pagination in the grid.
2) Kindly send the link to the site in which the issue occurs , so that i will be able to give you the appropriate custom CSS in order to prevent the icons and the logo overlapping in the header.
3) Kindly add the “Animated link ” module and set style 2 in the tatsu page builder in order to animate the email link as it is in the demo that you have mentioned you have mentioned.

Hello. I am having some issues with Master Slider. The theme was updated but for some reason the slider still on version 3.2.0 and doesn’t want to update to 3.2.2 This causing issues with infected lines and my host has to restrict the website so it’s available only for my IP. Any idea how I can update the Slider, please?

The master slider plugin will have to updated manually. The recent copy of the plugin is included in the theme package. You will find the plugin under Oshin -> lib -> Plugins -> masterslider.zip (Extract the theme package to see the folder structure).

Hey – in “black portfolio” theme, when you have portfolio post, at the very bottom there are some “article navigation arrows”. At the center there is one icon – right now when I click this icon is redirects to Oshine Clack Portfolio main theme, and I would like to change that link to something else – how can i change this link?

Yes you can very well change the color of the test in the text block module, The text is added in a Tiny MCE content editor. Select the text and use the color picker in the editor to change the color. We have introduced custom Column widths in TATSU. Kindly ensure you have TATSU version 2.6.5 or higher. You will find the option in COLUMN SETTINGS under Advanced Settings TAB.
