We are able to see background images on your site even on mobile device. But, since we added an option to disable the parallax effect for mobile/touch devices in Qode Options>Parallax, try to disable it and then check this again. Hello, I have one problem with your theme Music magazine. I installed plug in Advanced custom fields, and I added some custom fields to my beckend, but when I go to pages and posts I added that fields it does not show. Visitors of our website can not see those fields. also, when I installed that plug in, option for adding featured images into new posts does not show any more. Can you please help me? You could try to edit our template and use get_modified_time() function instead of the_time(), like it is explained here. You should edit this in loops for single and lists files, like it is shown in this screenshot.

By default design for this element Qode Carousel, there is no navigation, since it does have drag/swipe functionality.. You could try to achieve that layout with custom coding and modifying our template and stylesheet for this part.

Possible SEO Bug Hi.
It appears the images used n the Latest Posts widget aren’t displaying their alt tag.
The main image does have an alt tag, the 150×100 version used in this widget doesn’t show it. Checking the source and the alt tag is empty. Can you advise how this can be fixed? Regards Shane

In HTML5, alt tag is not required, and it is not contained in some elements like sliders, or carousels, although this may be changed in future theme and Visual Composer updates. If you want to edit it on your own, feel free to open file for the latest post template you are using and add desired value for the alt tag. Please, check this screenshot.

I recently updated the Envato toolkit and the Bridge theme. Everything went well except it showed that Revolution Slider is required for the theme. However, when I tried to install, it showed > Destination folder already exists and Plugin installation failed. What should I do?

Please try again to delete revslider folder, wait for a while, and then try to install it again. If you continue to experience this problem, then you can try to unpack revslider installation, and to upload its content manually over FTP inside wp-content/plugins/revslider folder, or simply submit a ticket to our support at https://qode.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket and they will assist you with this.

Hello Julio,
Qode Listing and Qode Membership are different plugins specifically designed for Bridge theme. They are updated when necessary, however since they’re built exclusively for Bridge, there’s no need to update them often, because by default all functionalities work very well regardless of Bridge version.
Qode listing is not the same as WP Job Manager and WC Paid Listing.
