Hello! Every time I update the theme, there are changes to my design. Either the fonts had changed, borders dissapear, and then again appear in next patch, breadcrumbs smaller than container width, slider on home page, etc..

After every update I need to go check and modify stuff..

Always please make sure before doing an update of the theme that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements and also deactivate all the third party plugins before doing an update of the theme and most importantly please take the complete backup of the site/theme before doing an update including Custom Code as well if you pasted in the theme files or Custom CSS section because the update of the theme overrides the Custom Changing that is why the issue occurs, but when you have the backup of that changes and code you just have to paste that code again in the theme and it works for you.

And please use the child theme for Custom changing in the theme it will not effect your custom changing when you update the theme.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi,

I found the theme file size is around 22MB but the theme file I downloaded from the ‘Downloads’ button of my purchased account is only 11.1MB.

Is that a problem?

Yes the actual theme size is 11.1 MB because we have removed the premium plugins from the theme package now those premium plugins are directly downloaded from our internal server that is why the theme size reduces and also the speed of the theme is super fast now.

Since I bought theme after all updates I open ticket for translate and language. Theme is looking so nice but this language problems make me feel uncomfortable. Why there is no certain solution for this?

As you already know that one-page demo works on row ids and all the menu items on one-page demo created using custom links menu as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAUUmLB.png so if you want nav to work with the blog/cases permalinks on the same demo you can use/create it just by creating a blog page in the wp-dashboard >> pages and use the page as a menu item from Appearance >> Menu as for the other demo’s, It will work for you.

Please download the latest Spanish language translation files from below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to wp-dashboard >> setting >> general and select/set the spanish language from there and save changes and finally check our site after removing the browser cache.

Hello

I would like to include a block within a custom tab on multiple product pages. What is the shortcode method for calling a block into a page, please?

I’m assuming your ‘block’ functionality is the same as the ‘Wordpress Static Blocks’ plugin?

If it’s not possible to use a shortcode, then how do I turn off Porto’s ‘Block’ function so it doesn’t interfere with Wordpress Static Blocks? Also if it doesn’t have a shortcode, then why code something with less functionality than an existing free plugin that does the same thing?

Yes, you can use the Blocks as per your requirements in the Custom Tab of the particular products by following the steps given below:

First of all edit the particular product and scroll below you will find Custom tab 1 and in the options bar of the Custom Tab 1 you will find the Porto Shortcodes Option as showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kmnh13 click on it you will find the Porto Shortcodes Options and in it Block is one of an option like showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kmnh9o so click on the block option you will find a pop up like showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kmnhhc now put block slug name or id in it and save changes and check your particular product Tab after removing the browser cache.

Now how to finds the block slug name: Please go to blocks and quick edit any of the blocks as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kmnhsh you will find a block slug name as showing in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kmnhyk just copy it and paste in the above-explained block pop up options slug name, it will work for you.

Thanks for your response, I am grateful. From you detailed explanation, I got it to work. I also realised that just copying and pasting this text below and the relevant block ID was all I needed. Since the slug may change, but the block ID stays the same, I think the use of the slug is redundant and is an extra step in the process which is not needed.

In terms of extending my license… noted, however, I intend to buy another license in future for another site, once I’ve got this current site fully up and running. This project was on a back burner for a while.

i have questions before buy this theme:

- when you are in product page and you click “add to cart” it reload the page, can’t this be done without reloading? - when you are in product page and click “add to cart” there is no popup shows and says view cart or continue shopping as is happening in the home page when you add to cart - in checkout page there is some field i don’t need, for example: company name, state, post code, can’t i remove them in easy way if i have the theme? or make post code not required field?

Sorry to say that it is not possible through the Theme Options. This will work with the help of customization. You should ask your developer to do this for you after the theme purchase.

Hi, am having issues with the latest Porto update and Porto functionality plugin.

When I activate the plugin, my woocommerce single product image and related products will not show, but if i deactivate the plugin, it will display well.

I have deactivated all other plugins one after the other and all is fine except the Porto functionality plugin.
