Hello, working through this theme. Trying to reduce the size of the product images on single product pages. Looked through documentation which says: “You can change the product image sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Product Images on admin sidebar.” But that isn’t an available option. I’m just looking for a way to reduce the product image on the site, globally, and if possible, per product. The issue we have is that many images being used are MUCH smaller than the default size so we’d like to be able to have those products show up smaller so they aren’t distorted. Thanks!

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.

After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

1. Sorry to say that you can not display the +- icons on porto accordion. There is no option in the theme to achieve this.

2. Yes, you can turn off the meta options from Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Meta.

3. Can you please share the URL of the page where you want to set the size of the portfolio images.

You can Add the Custom HTML in the header as per your requirements from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Menu, and scroll below you will find the section of Custom Menu Content, just paste the HTML there and save changes, And You can also Paste the HTML in the header Contact Section from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header and sorry to say that but you can not use the short code in the header via using Theme Options.

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/
And please try to upload the theme via Cpanel again as showing in the Complete Video Installation Guide of WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

Please use this custom CSS code and paste it into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section:

Or I think it is coming from any 3rd party plugin. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins then check your site. If your issue will not solve then please send us your site login details through our support system so we will solve this issue for you.

Please edit your home page and scroll below you will find the view options and in view options you will find an option “Banner Type” and you will find the Revolution slider is selected from there: http://prntscr.com/knnnfw, so just deselect it from there and then moves up to the particular page and Use Single Image WP Bakery Element at the very top of the page and set it as per your requirements.

Hi after the last theme update the Loco translate stopped dispalying my translations .. is it a known problem? i have tried all ways explained to upload my po and mo files to different folders, reached to a doc that asked if in the function.php there is this line ‘load_plugin_textdomain’ – and there isn’t.. could it be connected?

We have removed some small changing options from the Theme Options because it makes the Theme heavy and Cart Icon Changing Option is one of them so now you have to change the cart icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Content Value as per your requirements your issue will solve.

1. If you are using the WPML plugin then you should only activate the Show WPML Language Switcher option, the other option is only to show the HTML switcher which will not work with WPML.

2. This requires the WOML settings. You should select the Default language for your site then it will show the same on the frontend as well in the Language Switcher. Please ask more about this to WPML plugin author support for the best solution.

Hello.. I see that many is asking for ajax add to cart functionality in single product pages, has this been considered? I believe there is a bug in the “Porto Blog” element.

If you check “Show Archive Link” a “View More” buttons appears, but instead of showing the rest of the posts, it just redirects to a specific posts.

Any comments on that? My guess is that this is not the expected behaviour.

Sorry for the Inconvenience.

I have checked the Porto Blog element as well and use the “Show Archive Link” option as well then when I click the View More Button it will bring me to the blog archive page to load more posts, not to the Single post page. I think you have not set the Blog page from Settings >> Reading >> Select the Post Page.

Can you please send me the WP admin login details of your site through our support system so we will check and debug your site. Because at my end, there is no issue in the Porto Blog Element in the latest Porto 4.6.2.

That was indeed the issue. No blog page was set in Settings >> Reading >> Select the Post Page. I created a new page, used is as post page and it worked as expected. In case someone else is reading this, please note that the Post Page in settings must be different from the page that has the Porto Blog Element.

Greetings, just bought the porto theme about 10 mins ago. On installation, it was messed up a clean and freshly installed wordpress site. This is without us doing anything specific, except to upload theme and hit the activate button.
