we did never tested BeTheme with UberMenu so we can not guarantee its compatibility but many clients already did and as far as we knows, they did not noticed any issues.

Hello! I unlinked the installation of the BeTheme theme from one of my sites called ocantinhodosbichos.com.br. I then activated the site https://www.imovelpro.com.br. It turns out that the installation of the prefabricated site did not come about the right way. I decided to reinstall wordpress and BeTheme theme. When activated again it gives me the message: “Registration limit exceeded.”. Could you check what’s happening to me?

hi after the BeTheme update, somehow i can’t use it anymore & it is missing from Appearance > Theme.
After further checking i got this error message:
“Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
And when i tried to reinstall the theme is shows this error message as well:
“Destination folder already exists. /home/~/wp-content/themes/betheme/ Theme installation failed.”
How do i fix this? Afraid to delete the betheme folder because i don’t want to lose all the stuff that i have dont.
Please advice.

Dear Sir ….is your default Muffin builder is front end editor ( like newspaper 9) or back end editor? Can we also use other editor like WPBakery etc with this theme?

Muffin Builder is back-end editor. And all pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

how do you get the menu items closer to the logo when using the split menu option?

Hi there, this may be a silly question. I am just wondering if there is going to be any big updates coming soon? We seem to of had V20 for a long time and wonder if a version 21 is in the pipeline? While i massively appreciate your weekly updates of small fixes, minor enhancements and new demos just wondering if anything big is coming? If so I would love to see more focus on WooCommerce maybe some better looking Cart & Checkout pages rather than the stock

Thank you! Also with the top bar, not seeing any controls over content placement, like social icons, phone, etc. displaying on the left side or right side. Not the huge deal, but would be awesome to have control over where those items appear.
Not sure what controls you mean. Please explain with more details/examples.
Just as you already mentioned, phone number can be placed ion the left side in Action Bar menu. But on the right side, you can have social icons or additional menu, you can not have both.
Regarding drag&drop, we are working on Header Builder feature actually and it would be ready very soon. Then the possibilities to create your own header will be huge.

How to i get the slider for the hosting premade site to work? it just says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias hosting not found.”

since BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

i used the installer and the whole pre built website was imported but not the slider. the prebuilt site “Hosting” installed great but it did not install the slider i have tried 3 times now.
If slider has not imported with the demo, it means you did not installed Slider Revolution plugin before the demo import. In such case, you have to install plugin and then do the import of slider only. You can do its import the same was as the first time when importing demo but this time, during process, just select slider from the import list.

this is header’s background and you can easily replace this image with own or remove under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
