Hi. I activated the theme through the purchase code but it was just a trial domain. How can I deactivate the license on that domain to activate it on the definitive one? Thanks for your help.

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find a deactivate button, Just click on it and the theme will be deactivated from the particular domain, then you can activate the same theme on the new domain with the same purchase code.

when i edit the child theme css , i don’t see the changes i made to it , when i inspect i see the version attribute next to the file name : wp-content/themes/porto-child/style.css?ver=4.9.8 when i open the file with the version attribute i don’t see the changes but when i remove the version attribute i see the changes .. how can i fix this please
i just need to add custom css to the child theme css file and see my changes

We have not tested this plugin yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, but we think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.

You can set the color of the header and menu from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header and Menu sections.

Please go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo product Sidebar, edit it and you will find a block is being used in it, so it means that the particular section is coming from blocks, so you have to go to blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything as per your requirements.

I am uploading a productlist of 19500 products.
I got stuck at around 4000 because my inode limit is 500000. I then looked and saw that from every image I upload. The theme makes 16 extra resize variations so 17 photos of 1 photo. Is there a solution for this? So only 3 photo resizes? small medium and large?

I’ve been trying to change the language of my shopping cart now for a couple of days (spend hours already), I read related comments here etc but it seems I am not able to adjust it.
I’ve tried Loco translate and Gettext override, manually adjust the .po and .mo file. Cleared cache etc

Please download the latest translation files and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and check your site after deactivating Loco Translate Plugin.
OR if you want to use Loco translate as well then please upload it to wp-content/languages/plugins/loco and check your site after removing the browser cache.

When I hold my mouse on the shopping cart symbol on the top right it still shows the information there in English. I checked the porto-nl_NL files and they are translated to Dutch
Any tip on where to adjust this part?

Hi www.ibc.ie – after updating to the latest version of the theme and the menu has now become buggy. It is auto expanded – also the latest version of WP bakery is not included in the plugins and so it cannot update.

It must be the cache issue at your end so please check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope you will not find an issue.
We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.
You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.
But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.
And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
