I cannot add more then 20 images to the Masonry media grid, some grids are over 40 photo’s, but since a few days i cannot add more pictures. Is this a problem you guys are aware off?

Hi i would like to know how to hide the banner on an image when i show it onsale pricing. I only wish for the was and now price to show. The small triangle banner hides the logo of the product so i wish to hide it

To remove “on sale” span, you have to use custom css:
.woocommerce ul.products li.product .onsale { display: none; }
unfortunately this did not solve the problem
Please compare the css we gave you above with what you have pasted because this is the reason why it does not work.

All these pages are now showing in Google which we don’t way. Is there a way to disable the creation of these image pages?

Hi, its been over a year since i bought the theme so my support has expired. I googled a problem i needed an answer for, and found that it might be on your support forum. But to see the answer i need to be logged in, but i cant create an account since my support has expired. Do you stop access to your forum when the support expires? Or is it possible get access to the forum and read old solutions to other customers problems?

for forum registration/login, we use Envato API that is checking if your support is valid or not. In reference to Item Support Policy, 6 months of support is included for free and after this period, you have to extend it.

Hi there, Please note that the plugin “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” furnished with your package is abandonned since 2 years now (https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/#developers). You should better remove/replace it .

do you use WP Gallery or our Image item/shortcode? What you need, will be possible with the Image item that is included into theme but the default gallery, as far as we knows, does not have an option to remove link to image completely.

There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:
- cache plugins like W3 Total Cache
- Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN
- Static CSS

I just bought this theme, and I am happy with it. It does not live up to the “advertising” though.
1. It is not true when you say no coding skills required, you need some HTML and css knowledge as a minimum.
2. Saying the theme is GDPR ready doesn’t make any sense what so ever. GDPR has nothing to do with the theme and you are misleading people, and this can a very costly affair, for those who use your theme thinking they are safe guarded regarding GDPR. GDPR is much more than your theme not collecting data. Since the theme runs on WordPress, and since cookies are used, then your theme is not GDPR compliant. Also you theme give the option for implementing Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Google Re targeting.
To any one who wished to purchase this theme, I can recommend it, the developers have done a good job, however be aware. you are 100% responsible for being GDPR compliant.
The minimum the developer could offer would be , a cookie acceptance feature.
In order to be GDPR compliant, you must have the cookie acceptance, you must have a privacy policy, and you must have an internal procedure for how you treat data.
You have done a good job, however being a good developer doesn’t necessarily mean you understand EU law, and your misinformation can cost your customers lots and lots of money.

1. Where do you need coding skills exactly? As far as we knows, you don’t need them.
2. We agree with you partially only. Many people been asking if the theme is GDPR ready because they heard something about in the web but had no idea what this means. We’ve been trying to explain them what this means but they didn’t want to understand us and their hosting provider/web devs/etc been referring to things like additional features of the theme where data are being collected. So, whenever we’ve been telling them that theme does not collect any data, they were happy as since them, product is GDPR ready for them.
Of course we understand that theme have options like GA, FB Pixel and other but those are only options that don’t need to be used by end user. They can choose themselves if they want to use these options or not.
BTW We don’t use any cookies in BeTheme so we do don’t need any cookie acceptance feature.

That is a little arrogant my friend.
1. When you your adding or editing a page for instance, you can visually add sections, wrappers and items, how ever when working inside items, you need to have some knowledge of html. This is not a problem for me, I know mu code 
Secondly a professional would never suggest, that tracking cookies such as those from Google are option not needed. Any developer with respect for themselves would admit tracking options from search engines and social media, are not just “nice to have” but “MUST TO HAVE”.
I will leave you with some advice regarding the GDPR, simply don’t mention it, since the theme in itself can never be GDPR ready. And regarding the cookie acceptance/option , it is up to you if you wish to implement such a feature, however I would prefer if it was implemented, so the feature would be part of the design, instead of all those 3rd. party modules available out there.
Please don’t se this as negative feedback, I’m trying to be help full in my way with my feedback.

Muffin Builder which is included into theme and being used for the pre-built websites, allows to use html/css but it is only possibility and not requirement. Builder have tons of items with many different features/styles/possibilities and users can easily make own websites not using the coding. Below, we paste few items/shortcodes as example:

Regarding the 2nd part of your message, we didn’t said that ticking cookies such those from Google are not needed. However, please notice that some countries have more powerful search engines than Google and they don’t need to use it. Also, many years of our experience in WordPress business, shown that many people don’t use any stuff from Google and you should to understand that we can not force them to use it. Every developer/client has the right to do/use what he wants as that’s what the freedom is about.
Summarizing, we are wp theme developer and we provide tools for building websites/stores/etc with a huge amount of options but actually it depends on web dev, how they will be used.
P.S. We don’t take your feedback as negative and we try to show you how it all looks from our side (as wp theme developer) We will also take your suggestion about cookie acceptance feature into account but as additional feature and not “must have” due to what we already explained above.

Hi, I bought a business recently and the website uses BeTheme, but they didn’t keep it up to date. (ottawapoleparties.com)
I want to change my domain name, but when I do, Google Maps doesn’t work any more. I searched and there are a lot of questions asking this before, but the answers all refer to a support forum that I don’t have access to because the previous owner didn’t keep good enough records and can’t tell me what their access codes were. According to the standard license (https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular) the license is transferable so I can continue to use it.
How can I fix the google API key issue??

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

we recommend to switch to any default WP theme like Twenty Seventeen and you will see that 3rd party plugin’s notifications has nothing to with the themes itself.
If there is any update available for WooCommerce, you should be able update it from Appearance > Plugins section.
