I bought this theme and tested it out on my personal domain a while back but only managed to finish our site recently and support expired.

My uncode license was set to my personal site can I change it now to the 2beards.co site?

Hi! When you buy an item on ThemeForest you can opt for the 6 or 12 months license, after that period the support expires (these are the support terms with Envato). Anyway yes you can change to your online site, you should have a message alerting you if you want to transfer the license when you try to activate this final site. I hope this helps (anyway the 403 error, and problem with images, is not related to registration, as told some files cannot be executed on this server).

This would be the second support ticket on the same issue so why would open another ticket asking the same question but expecting a different outcome. I just need an answer to a very basic problem. I’ve been building WP sites for over 10 years and I’ve never had any issues like this with any other theme…ever.

My question is very, very simple. I just need to know how can I replace the pictures on the home page from the demo install (of the Shop Split template) with the images from my Media Gallery. I’m not trying to give you a hard time but opening up a second support ticket asking the same question is not going to answer the question because the question wasn’t answered from the first support ticket.

From another look I might be mistaken about whether this is possible, but are you able to move the call to action button to the right hand side next to the shopping basket?

I was referring to demos – https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-studio/ and https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-agency/ but I think that’s from the “Menu Horizontal Position” theme option, which moves them all over to the other side.

If this can not be done could you let me know how to add the button to the menu as in https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-designer/. When I add it and select “button style” the button is full height!

Unfortunately that’s not an option and what you’re trying to achieve would require quite long customizations. The demos you are referring to have a different layout menu, the Split Menu layout doesn’t allow other positions for the Call To Action menu by default, sorry.
