This is the default category coming from the theme files. If you want to delete this you should edit the wp-content/plugins/porto-functioanlity/shortcodes/woo_templates/porto_products.php file line number 61 comment this line.

Or you can use the custom CSS as well to hide this category:

ul.product-categories li:first-child { display: none !important; }

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and theme required/recommended plugins, And if yes then please once try after deactivate your site all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, hope your issue will solve and if not then you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will debug your site and solve the issue for you.

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find a deactivate button, Just click on it and the theme will be deactivated from the particular domain, then you can activate the same theme on the new domain with the same purchase code.
