Hello, couple presale questions about your “KLEO” theme. The description of what I need is a membership (2 different levels) website with forum. I see your theme supports the membership, is this tied into Buddypress (so you have to be active member to view/post in the forum etc)?

Also, is it possible to have these same users tied into a map? I see in one of your demos you have a map and you support a map plugin but is that tied into the memberships? I need a map which creates a pin for the users address, you can search for them by distance etc.

Also, I need to be able to create events which members can sign up for, is this built into Buddypress or does this theme support something that would work for this (needs to be tied into the membership subscriptions).

How do I change the visibility of the members profile? I can not change the ‘Everyone’

I purchased Kleo theme, but when I want to register for automatic updates for the theme and after filling in the API key of ThemeForest and username just like this:

and I get the message: Your OAuth Personal Token has been verified.

u tell us that: After your token is saved and validated, you will see two more tabs named Themes and Plugins. The added tabs will display all of your theme and plugin purchases.

but I can’t find Plugins tab and when I go to theme options >> theme update … It shows me that it is still not enabled

Two months ago I bought the theme Kleo and I can not remove your contact of the subject, is not supposed to appear on my website and much less when the theme has cost me $70 USD that is not little, not like demons delete this contact the theme. I want to give me a solution or return the money I pay for the theme because so I do not serve the theme.

Hi, On theme options, there are settings for the width of the theme but the settings are only 1440px and 1200px. I want to change the theme width to 1000, how to do that? Thank You.

I am using Mailster plugin for newsletters with Kleo theme. I have configured the extended profile fields in Kleo.

The issue is that I have given the instructions in the mailster plugin that the details provided in the newsletter should sync with the user database (extended fields).

I check and see that it’s not getting synced. I am unable to find the meta data for the extended fields in the mailster plugin.

Not sure whether this is issue from your theme or from mailster plugin so I have informed the author of mailster also.

Can you please guide if any.

I’m using another plugin to manage the user registration, and I noticed that in every page there’s HTML related to Kleo Login, such us Kleo login modal, Kleo lost password modal, and Kleo register modal.

How can I remove these HTMLs from the pages?

Hi, I have trouble opening a ticket because I am told that my code has already been used by another account. I do not know which one.

When using the ‘My Account’ menu item, the avatar does not display if the user has one as the function is trying to load an img tag within the src of another img tag e.g. . I can’t find the exact file where the function is but it should be loading just the URL of the avatar rather than the whole img tag.

I have been trying to get the Essential Grid shortcode for filters to work on a page, but it will not show anything. The shortcode for the grid itself works wonderfully but this plugin is also supposed to allow filters to be displayed via shortcode as well. Though I’m not sure, I am wondering if this specific shortcode isn’t set up to work with Kleo.
