theme states I need to update but them I get update failed. the package could not be installed?

The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. Hi pre sales question, is it possible to import all the pre-built demos in a single website? I mean can I use elements from one page into another page?

we are sorry but it won’t be possible to import all pre-built demos into a single website because this would make mess only.
If you want learn how things on different demos were done, you have to create an extra/additional WordPress installation (ex. under sub-domain or sub-folder) and just do the import of any demos you like for tests. This is the easiest and fastest way to learn, how things were done on different pre-built websites. You can also use Import/Export button which is in the right bottom corner of Muffin Builder so you can export necessary page code and import it into another page.

Tried updating WPBakery Page Builder and it said it failed. Now it has deactivated it and there is no Activate link. So I have code showing on my pages. What do I need to do? Thanks

hi great theme, pre sale question, does your theme come with a forum, what plugin is used, & do you supply the install setup for it/shortcodes?
SLIDERS: you are using various sliders in your demo page: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-blocks/ is this a plugin or is it with your own theme code eg layer slider, ?
i like the last slider with 3 pics in view one main pic & half of the other pics left & right, does it slide automatic as it is not sliding, also is it pulling content from blog post or can it be set up independent, is it visual composer? how flexible are the options in edit mode? you do not provide the shortcode for each slider only one, so would like to know how flexible sliders are and if we can gain access to shortcodes.

is this pulling from blog posts? can you set the title and body text so all posts are even in height like your example, as sometimes when the titles are longer the boxes are pushed down and become uneven, does this keep the boxes even with multiple posts?

1. BeTheme is compatible with bbPress which is forum plugin.
2. These are our own slider item that comes with the theme itself. Of course the option responsible for auto slides is included. If you want to know more options for Muffin Builder items/shortcodes, please click on “Shortcode” or “Builder item” button which is in the right top corner of every item.
3. This is muffin builder item and it does not pull posts. The items/sliders that pull posts, you will find on same page but under Shortcodes > Loops section.

hi, I want purchase the theme (love it!) but I have a pre purchase question. I need create a site that combines overlay menu with sticky menu (or fixed). The idea is when the user close the overlay menu and scroll in the site the sticky menu appears but only with the sandwich icon and the logo of course. Is that possible with your theme?

I can not find this option anywhere! Custom Layout – if you want a custom layout for your page, you first need to create it in Layouts section located in the left-side dashboard menu. Then you can choose which one you want to use for your page. If you don`t choose any, the default layout will be used. This feature allows you to create different layouts for different pages.
There is no layouts section in left-side dashboard menu!

Ok yes I can remember turning off now but that does not fix the issue actually.

Hello, is RTL supported on all layouts of the theme?
Also, we plan to use it with WPML and 2 languages, English and Arabic (RTL). Is it compatible with using those 2 languages at the same time?

Regarding multi language, you can easily create such website of course but you have to get WPML plugin first.

This theme is great, the only thing I don’t like about it (or even hate) is that most of the simple graphics should just be in CSS and HTML5 but are instead images. Sometimes, something as simple as an underline of the title, a shadow under a box, a bullet, or a title containing “01” is an image and can be perfectly replicated using CSS. These images add to the weight of the page and they don’t scale properly like CSS and HTML. Such a pity, it feels like the designers were lazy to code and just exported everything into images. Otherwise, the theme would have been perfect.

we do always appreciate honest and relevant feedback. You are definitely right but please notice that not so long ago, we were forced to support older versions of IE where CSS&HTML5 did not worked correctly. That is the main reason, we’ve been using images instead.
However, because Envato changed requirements and we are no longer obligated to support older versions of browsers, we will be replacing images the above-mentioned technologies.

How do I turn on sidebar for posts only?

I am not able to see the excerpt for blog posts to edit them. They show up when published but not on the backend.
We are pretty sure, you have Excerpt field visibility disabled. To make it visible, please click on Screen Options in the right top corner when editing the post and select Excerpt field.

I have just noticed a few plugins are outdated, including WPBakery Page Builder. I deleted the current one on my site so it should request i install it so that i can update it, but that option isnt working, and right now i cannot even edit my website because the WPBakery Page Builder login isnt there. I cannot add more then 20 images to the Masonry media grid, some grids are over 40 photo’s, but since a few days i cannot add more pictures. Is this a problem you guys are aware off?
