Sorry to say that but we have solved your issue 2 days ago and then you have new and new issues in a single/same ticket so it will take some time, and you were facing an issue because of the group products, the products were not showing on your site those are linked with the group products that have not been published and in drafts, so until those group products will not be published the published products will not be shown on the site.
And please do not write here again and again about the ticket, once your issue will resolved you will get the reply of your ticket until that please be patience and if you have any query regarding ticket please write in the ticket reply so that our technical support team will look through it.

Actually the Resume template is the One Page template/Demo, and when you go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages, you will find only home page and the sample page, so then edit the home page you will find WP Bakery Element “Porto Floating Menu” so basically the floating menu is made using the Porto Floating Menu element, and the floating menu on site other pages like, Blog or Post is coming from the Blocks, so go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and finds and edit the Menu Block and change the Links/URL’s as per your requirements.

Please go to your test domain WP-Dashboard >> Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button so just click on it and then activate the same theme with same purchase code on your client main site.
And in case if you removed/deleted the test site already without deactivating the theme then please contact us through our support system so we will reset the purchase code for you.

Please download the latest Russian Theme translation files from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to wp-dashboard >> setting >> general and select/set the site language to Russian language from there and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, I’m loving the layout in the portfolio page labelled “Work” on one of the demos. Is there a way to replicate that but to click through to already existing pages that aren’t portfolio items?
I would like a services page but do not want the internal pages of actual services to be in the style of the portfolio item pages.

The search by SKU feature is available in the premium plugin only Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search. You have to purchase this plugin if you want to use this SKU feature.

The Menu showing in the shop 9 on left sidebar is the Main Menu, and it just set an option to show the Main Menu into sidebar enable from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Menu.
And Porto Feature Products works perfectly fine at my end, please check that the feature products is turn ON from Porto >> Speed Optimized Wizard, and if not then please un-check it from there and click on compile button and check your site after removing the browser cache.

We have removed some small changing options from the Theme Options because it makes the Theme heavy and Cart Icon Changing Option is one of them so now you have to change the cart icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Content Value as per your requirements your issue will solve.

First of all sorry for the late reply, as we have solved some of your issues yesterday, but you have multiple issues in your single ticket which causes the reply late,so that is why we always asks our customers to please create a fresh new ticket for every single new issue always because it will help us to reply more quickly, If any customer has multiple issues in a single ticket then it will take some time because we have to solve lot of other customers tickets as well hope you can understand.

How many domains / subdomains I can install per 1 license of your theme? Could I use 1 license to multiple hosts on the same Domain name?

All Theme-Forest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multi-site installation does not matter though).
So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

I updated to the new latest version from ver 4.4 I saw that you guys removed the option to select cart icon I tried to follow the instructions you sent in some other comments as follow :

the problem is that it works only on phones but does not work on desktop ( shows “CART” instead of icon).
other problem I have is that there is no translation for some reason for “0 ITEMS” for hebrew. the last problem is that “show cart” link in RTL have class pull-right but suppose to be pull-left so it will look good.

You are facing this issue because of we have included the Speed Optimized Feature in the latest Theme, and by using Speed Optimized Feature under Porto >> Speed Optimized >> JS Composer you can turn ON/OFF the WP Bakery elements which you will no longer to use into your site, so that will speed up your site, may be the elements you are using on your site like you said Porto Concept and others are OFF from there so it will not take the CSS/JS of that particular element so please go to Porto >> Speed Optimized >> JS Composer and unchecked the particular elements you are using on your site and then click to Compile button and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Could I use Thai-English languages on this theme? Do I have any more expense for this function? I only need function to toggle between languages of contents and menus, for translating I can do it by myself.

again its not a cache problem see what i wrote and uploaded as video what the problem is regarding After save the changes, will regenerate the css files (skin_1.css, skin_rtl_1.css) in /public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/css.
all cache is off even NGINX expire static is on 0 all perm are correct
server people also double and double check its not cache or any other problems
the changes are just not saved in the css files
