Hi, I used Betheme on a domain and then removed it and tried using it on another domain.but i cant register the theme ,it says i need to deregister from the previous domain.i even tried removing the theme folder from old domain,its still the same

I bought this template a year ago and I’ve installed and uninstalled it in some locations. Im sure that it’s NOT used on any of the sites that I’ve build, but now when I want to use it I get a message: “Important! One standard license is valid only for 1 website. Running multiple websites on a single license is a copyright violation.” How can I fix this?

Hi, I need your assistance. I have two domains, one of which I had already registered your theme. While in the other I only did a copy and paste and so the same theme was also recorded. But I bought another theme of yours with a different code of registration. Now how do I change on that other site? I tried to delete the theme but even if I put the new theme with another registration code it always puts me again that other already registered!

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

I have 3 sections, in each section two elements, text and photo, 1st section has photo on the left, text on the . right, second section has text on the left and photo on the right. Is there any way to set it on mobile the way in each section shows photo as a first element and text as a second ?

You have to use 3×1/3 WRAP and in each wrap, you should put Text + Photo. That’s it.

The content is always being read row by row, left to right and because of this hierarchy, it is not possible to arrange content the way you wish.

Hello, I really like the template “insurance”: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/insurance2/.
HOWEVER, the template is not responsive on mobile devices: on an iPhone: - the title images are cut (only left half is shown) - the text on the title page is too small on a mobile device - the green bar underneath the title image is way too big on a mobile device.
Do you plan to fix this? As this is a template, I was hoping that it would work also on mobile devices..

Note that there is a slider with 3 different images, and all of them are cut in half on the iPhone. As an example, I have chosen the third image, because there it is really clear that the picture is cut. Also, please have a look at the overall layout: the green bar underneath the pic is way too big, and the sub-header is too small.
Those images are backgrounds and because css backgrounds are not responsive (technical issue), we do not see anything wrong here. It works exactly the way it supposed to.
We are very sorry but we do not see anything wrong related with slider on mobile and if we may suggest anything, you can use other slider if you don’t like the look of current one.
I have 6 licenses for Betheme throughout a few accounts, so I’m very familiar with the theme.
I noticed starting in 20.9.6.2.1, the Portfolio Grid Muffin Builder item no longer shows a gallery properly for galleries whose images heights aren’t the same. Previously, the height wasn’t an issue, the next row’s pictures would fill in the gaps.
As of 20.9.6.2.1, the image height differences are leaving inconsistent empty rows with 1 of 4 columns used, and moving to the next row, etc.
I tried reaching out to support, and the agent seems to misunderstand thinking I’m referencing the Portolio page. I also got the basic disable all plugins type of feedback (which I had already tried) as well as clear cache. Can you get me some help? I’m not sure if its a language barrier with the agent or what…

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
P.S. Can you point us to place where like you said “envato page seems to say it is”? We would be very grateful

Just purchased… starting to regret. When installing the theme, I am prompted to install various plugins. Yet, when I do, most of them fail and I get this message: “The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.” Not a good start for a theme that costs around $60. Envato, I will be sending you more on this because your “quality control” is clearly not what it used to be. I will wait for a while for a resolution before I demand a refund.

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

This is not possibly the issue. I have only tried to install this theme on 1 website. There is no need to deregister and move.
Please send us access to your dashboard then and we will show you that this is the case.
Actually, what fixed the issue was to simply switch to a different theme, and then re-select your theme. Then, magically, plugins installed without issue. No need to de-register … since again I had only ever registered this theme on one website. Now, however, a new bug. I am using WooCommerce and have added items to the sidebar for WooCommerce pages. Those items show up in the sidebar ... until you go to the Checkout pages, etc. Then, users see this message: “This template supports the sidebar’s widgets. Add one or use Full Width layout.” The sidebar widget IS being used.
That is the weirdest solution we ever met. Never heard about such fix before.
Regarding your new issue, did you put widgets into Plugin | WooCommerce sidebar? This plugin works with already pre-defined sidebar and you can not create custom as it is not allowed.
Im having the same problem as user “goxell”. It’s as if the page has a limit of how much content can be on a page? Need a fix ASAP please… I also posted this to your support page yesterday, no response yet?
