How to activate WPBakery Page Builder Settings, I purchased this theme, but it has not been used, and now I use the discovery part of the plugin can not be activated
WPBakery Page Builder plugin is used as build plugin inside theme. they are not able to activated with theme licence. You need to purchase licence from there account to activate theme. You will got latest update inside our theme, when we release an update. Thank you

If you click multiple time theme menu will import duplicate , but page will not duplicate.

Hi there.. is it possible to add a shortcode to a page to use a third party app within the Cleaning Services WordPress Theme?
If your short code parse in any WP site then it will parse in our theme also. If you put only a shortcode which have no back end parse system, the it will not work.
Can we add woocommerce products in the order form?

I have a few tickets open in the Support area dealing. Please assist me ASAP.
1) How to change the BG colors on homepage for the the Get An Estimate area. The Appearance > Customize area does not control the color for these areas as they are controlled by Extra Class Names. I don’t know where these class names and colors are located.
2) The theme didn’t come with the quote page that is displayed in the demo. Can we please get the code or import for that form?
3) Where do I go to change the social media icons in the footer?
4) Where do we change the Logo from yours to ours for the coupons?
To name just a few options of issues that I need assistance with.
None of these items are controlled in the Appearance > Customize OR the Cleaning Service Options tab.

I only received a response to 1 of my many tickets and it did not provide instructions on where in the theme I am to put the CSS code.
We have answer many ticket from you. You need to put css in appearance->themes->customizer->custom css area. It will better you can hire any freelancer to customize your theme , if you are not expert in css customization. Thank you

The problem is that the template is not yet purchased, we needed to test it first, but we came across this problem. For the support is this a question for 5 min work.
I am confused , without purchase how can you test the theme with your logo. Are you trying to use pirated copy of the theme. If you have any issue after purchase our team will resolve your issue . We have found one bug related to logo in mobile version. Which we have released in our update. May be our developer forgot to upload in our live server. Thank you

Hello, Some how the plugin didn’t install correctly due to your server issue. You need to delete the folder from your /wp-content/plugins folder and then install again.
