on my actual project the previous team bought the theme. I have the compressed file downloaded from Envato and have the purchase code. I don’t know if the theme is supported or not yet. But I have small a problem and need some help please!
I wanna use the Transparent Images layout on single products. But if I choose this option the product page not loading fully at the frontend. And debugger stops with “paused before potential out of memory crash”.
I’m on a VPS with 4 Gigs of memory and PHP memory limit 256M. Theme version: 4.7.1.1

Finally I bougth the theme, copied the files to server, file permissions and owner correctly setted up, but problem still the same.

Please download the latest French translation files of the Porto WordPress Theme and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and select the site language to French from their and finally save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Product Archives -> “Show Color / Image swatch” only works on page 1. If we click on page 2 or use “load more” or use “infinite scroll”, then the swatches doesn’t update the product image of the newly loaded products.

Sorry to say that Yith Request Quote plugin is the third party plugin and we have not tested Yith Request Quote plugin with the latest Theme so we are unable to provide you the solution for that, so please contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to compatible the plugin with the theme.

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.
You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.
But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.
And please change your given bad rating and if you are unable to solve the issue now then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will solve the issue for you.

Yes, Our latest theme supports/compatible with lot of WC Vendor plugins like: Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins but we have not tested the WC Marketplace with the theme, so you can try it with the theme.

I am trying to make a sticky row with 3 columns within it. I want the row background to be full width filled in when the sticky is active. However only the inner row background becomes sticky when I use either the porto “make sticky” option on a row or the porty sticky element. Ie the background for the whole sticky row is not following it, even when the full row is set to sticky. How can I make the full row background sticky to follow its content?

For resizing the image thumbnails you have to follow the WooCommerce setting as given below:
To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

1. It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.
2. You can change the checkout button in the mini cart by using the below given custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section:

1. Spoke to the hoster. The Permission 755 is active. I checked the log and error files while trying to change something in the theme options. No Problems had been loged. Sorry to say that but there is no option in the theme for quick order mode you have to use any third party plugin for that and yes there is a catalog mode in the theme you can turn it on from Theme Options and also the theme has a functionality to show hide the add to cart on catalog page as well.
