Hi, my site is quite slow, with a page load time of 9-12 seconds. I followed your tutorial on using cloudflare to speed things up. However the cloudflare plugin does not work with the theme (even if I uninstall all other plugins). I get the error “CSRF Token not found. It’s possible another plugin is altering requests sent by the Cloudflare plugin.” Is this a common problem?

Hi, the error “CSRF Token not found.” occurs even if all plugins (except cloudflare) are deactivated, so it can’t be a plugin issue.

Hi, no it’s possible only if you have a transparent menu, whit this menu the page starts below the menu and if you hide the main menu you have a gap. In case set the transparent menu first.

hi! I’ve tried to install this theme into another website (and I noticed that i can’t do that if i don’t buy another license). I removed it and now the original website where the theme was installed says “invalid license” or “product not registered”... I add my credentials, the purchase code + the api key and it says that “credentials are wrong or you don’t have an envato purchased in your profile”...which is a mistake because as you can see, i already bought the original license… please help!

Since I’ve updated the Uncode theme the search function in my website isn’t working anymore. I’ve deactivated all the plugins to see which one is causing the trouble and in turns out it was the “Uncode Page Builder (Visual Composer)” plugin. I’ve tried everything but I can’t get it back to work after this bug. (I get a white screen instead of the search results) Is this a common issue and is there someone who could help me, please. I’m trying to get it back to work for hours now.

Hi Kellykluve! It seems a bit odd the Page Builder create this issue, actually, after months from last update, we don’t have any users reporting your problem and also our demo is running the latest version. This seems more related to the Memory Limit. Anyway to resolve this issue, please follow:
1. Activate the debug mode of WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
2. Deactivate all extra plugins;
3. Upload a screenshot of your System Status;
4. Send us the link to your site so we can check what is the problem.

The custom fonts don’t work after updating from 1.8.2 to 1.9.1 .. to bad..

Put backup back otherwise font is not loaded. so now still on 1.8.2.

it should be Montserrat Now it’s fine. loaded via font stack in theme settings, but when I update Uncode the settings are still correct, but the font is not showing. Because it’s a website for a client I can not show the website with incorrect fonts.
Hi! Ok but you have imported the font in the main style.css of the theme, when you update the theme this file is replaced. You should import CSS fonts in the style.css of the child theme or simply re-import when you have updated (in few words this file is replaced when you update the theme and this is not the suggested file you need to import fonts). Hi Foodstijl! Yes you just need to copy these codes after the update or use a child theme (that is not updated on main theme update).
It wasn’t the styles.css, I deleted the font css and the fonts still work. After updating the theme and adding the css the font still didn’t work. so I think I will use a child theme and hope that will work.

I didn’t get the fonts to work in the child theme, but I re-uploaded the fonts and re-added the css to the styles.css in library and it all works again. thanks

Hi, I am an artist and I’d like to separate my personal projects from the commercial ones. I know that you allow people to use the theme on different wordpress installs on subdomains under the same license. Thought subdomains never looked very professional to me. I’d like to have one domain for personal projects, and another domain for commissions. I guess is not problem to use the same license in this case either, but should . Ido some special or you register the theme as usual?

Hello, I have purchased this theme for three times because I like it a lot. But I have located a serious error that makes a very big consumption of bandwidth in two of the three webs were I installed the theme. The system loads the same file css and js many times, which makes the consumption of bandwidth enormous. The sistem creates diferent versions of the same files in each web charge. I need a solution please. I can not find any configuration about it in the theme options.

Hi apodaka! Something is saving version of the files on your server. For example in Uncode you have one file named app.js and only one (https://undsgn.d.pr/sVaRIH), on your server something is saving copies on copies with the query string (https://asadorpiopio.com/undsgn/Screenshot_01.png). Have you some cache plugins or some other configuration of your server? Have you tried ask your host what is cloning these files?

I forgot to renew my support so it ran out but I’m hoping you can give me some help on issues I’m having.
I have pages that are having “Waypoint is not defined” error on init.js on line 2125, but only when the page is being render device/window size bigger than around 2000px. I did see the number 2000 being mentioned in the js but not sure what the best solution is. Please see : https://tinyurl.com/y7smjzpk
Another issue I’m having is that the adaptive image seems to load smallest image(258px width) and doesn’t refresh to full size image. Sometimes refreshing the page will fix the blurry images but not when revisiting it later from another location. I’ve already read through the support page regarding blurry image issue with no solution.
If these issues require me to pay for additional support, I’ll be glad to do it but wanted to ask you here first.

I should mention that I have Asynchronous adaptive image system option off as all the images were loading blurry, and I am not running as cache plugins at the moment.

Sorry but it’s really not easy to understand this issue without a check to your site, at the moment we don’t have any similar report, can you please share at least your site preview? Just one question to understand the scenario, do you have all these problems only now after months or these problems are related to a new installation?

I did search on that issue in here previous to posting my question and did see that it has to do with memory limit. However, in my case, as far as I can tell, it only happens when device/window is above 2000px(or there about), which is what baffles me. I did post a link to the page in question in my original post so please see that.
Any idea on how I can go about diagnosing blurry image issue? I’ve tried all the solutions I found during my research between here and your website support section.

From here we can only see you are using an old version of Uncode (http://backstage.arielartists.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/style.css) and that you are using lot of extra scripts (probably imported by extra plugins) have you tried disable them? Does this issue happen only in this page? Can you please deactivate all extra plugins and upload a screenshot of your System Status?
Thank you for catching that. I’ve went and updated everything up to date(1.9.1). Unfortunately, we’ve already gone live so deactivating all the plugins are not an option without making a copy elsewhere and doing it there…

So I have two monitors for my working computer, 1920×1080 and 2560×1440, and if I have the browser window on the 1920, it loads, but on 2560, it doesn’t.
And if I use responsive design mode in Firefox, and make the window smaller and load the page it works. Something to do with initial page width?

We are sorry but I think you have no problems to see our demo in your monitors and at the same I think you don’t have problems to see any other Uncode based websites (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/), so if the issue is limited to your website (or server) you should really deactivate all extra stuff. Moreover we didn’t get if you have problems only in this page or all website.
PS: Anyway this is a Memory Limit issue, probably you are on a shared host. The only other suggestion we have is to activate the debug mode of WordPress so it’s possible to read the error.

Yes you can create the same layout using pages, this mean that in the homepage you can have thumbnails (carousel) of pages that contain then your final portfolio. I hope this make sense, let us know if you need more info!
