Hi there, great theme! I sent through a support request via the contact form as suggested by support but I haven’t had any reply.
For some reason, my site will not update fonts via the dashboard.
I am using a few site speed up plugins, so I am thinking it could be to do with these caching etc.
However, I have deactivated plugins, cleared cache, tried to change fonts again and it still doesn’t update the fonts.
I send through all of the site details and logins. Could you please have a look at my site please and see what the issue is?

Hi, I would like to ask, how to change the breadcrumb for WooCommerce page? Currently I created a page named as Products, under Products page, it display all the product categories. When I clicked on one of the product categories, the breadcrumb show Home > Name of the product categories. But then I would like the breadcrumb to show this, Home > Products > Name of the product categories. May I know, how to do it? Thanks in advance.

I have completly new /fresh website with Betheme installed as an only plugin/theme imported demo content, trying to edit subpage of the demo content when I click UPDATE nothing is saved and I am redirected to the POSTS section. It is not max input vars problem cos I increased them to 10000. Any idea what could cause this problem ?
It regards only DEMO content, when I create a new subpage manually everything is saved correctly, but if I do the same for DEMO content nothing is saved, I loose all the changes and I am redirected to the POSTS for no reason.

@madebyjaz @netpoint1 you can achieve what you require using the Promo box Shortcode Builder item This Item creates a Promo Box with text, image and a button with a link. You can select style and other settings as well. Just add some custom css to scale images and texts to how you need.
You can select left or right style as well.

Many of our sites with BeTheme are starting to get this notice popping up in the top notice area. “This theme recommends the following plugin: _ BeTheme Header Builder – BETA.” Is this a new plugin that will be added to new 21.0 version, is it recommended and/or added to the documentation?

yes, this is the plugin we’ve been working on hard for the last months. We’ve already tested it but we called it Beta as our customers/end clients are best testers. So, if there would be no negative feedbacks and issue reports, we will make it live version with version 21.

yes, you can do this of course. For complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
But please remember that one key can be used for one website/domain only.

yes, you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

Hi guys,
I bought Betheme recently, I’m having some problems with my links, a 404 error code is display every time I try to access to any of the pages created, I can work on them, preview them, and make updates with no problem, but after that: with the regular links a 404 comes out, so I don’t have access without the wordpress interface, thoughts?

Thanks. What I did was changed my permalinks from custom to default, and renamed the htaccess, between other things, and the problem was solved after that.
