I want to know if its possible to edit or remove the title “Portfolio” in a portfolio post. I would prefer to have a title and breadcrumbs on this space, but would like the title to be that of the subtitle or project name.

All themes on ThemeForest, including Dessau, need to pass W3C validation, but unfortunately they are not WCAG 2.0 compliant since there are several points which are very demanding for multi purpose themes where Visual Page builder is used. Some elements, like sliders, do not need / have alt text, and this is just a minor example. In our research some time ago, we couldn’t find a WCAG 2.0 compliant theme on the market.
