Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and deactivate the plugin name “Fast Velocity Minify” and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and click on save changes button and finally check your site after removing the browser cache you will find your issue resolved.
Fast Velocity Minify is the plugin that will minify the site CSS and will help in speeding up the site, so you have to activate that plugin once when you completed the site and completed with the development environment.
Also can you please consider to extend your support? It’s already expired from December 2017.

There are tabs on the single product page, the built-in tabs have preset priority numbers, is there anyway to change the priority for a tab globally.
For example, I want to change the review tab priority to make the last tab, so priority would be something more than 60; in the settings I do not believe it is changeable, but if not, where can I changed in the code, javascript or CSS?

But as said, the logo doesn’t get this font, or at least is not showing this.

So it must be the cache issue at your end, please always check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache and the best practice is to turn of all the cache while you are in the development process.

Is there a possibility to directly react in this comments section to user: Berka02746 ? Why is not the label “PURCHASED” behind his name?
He is using this theme and I think he has downloaded it somewhere from the internet. This kind of downloading themes and plugins is always a HUGE RISK. As we all know is that themes and plugins downloaded somewhere from the internet have always built-in backdoors made by the hackers to take full control of your website. Hackers do this by hand or full automatic by scanning.
One thing is for sure; Berka02746 doesn’t understand how things are working in this Comments Section and the Support Ticket section. He even won’t listen to you and he is thinking that the Support Desk is sitting there only for him.
In the past 4 years I had two minor issues with this theme or an update, and opened two Support Tickets. The Support Desk solved my issues for 100%. They did it fast and keeps me updated. Great work !!

You can set/change the “PHP max_execution_time Limit” by copying and paste the below-given code into wp-config.php file or by asking your hosting provider as well.

Remember if your hosting provider has set the restrictions on your account that this code will not run then the only option for changing the “PHP max_execution_time Limit” is to take help from your hosting provider.

Those colors which are not changing inspite of that you have changed the color from Theme Options, then those colors are coming from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, you have to find an change those colors from Custom CSS as per your requirements, If you are unable then please contact us through our support system so we will check and provide you the solution for that.

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme. Otherwise test the theme on any other test server which do not have restrictions you will not find an issue.

Yes you can by following the steps given below:
Please Install the theme on Test site and activate it by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, and Install the Demo and Configure it as per your requirements.
Now before migrating or using the theme on Live site you have to deactivate the License from the test site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the Deactivate button just click on it, it will deactivate the license from the test site.
Then finally go to the Live site and Install the theme on Live site and Activate the theme on Live site with the same purchase code by following the same steps.
You will not find a single issue and if yes then contact us we will reset the purchase code for you.

You have to go to the old domain on which you already used it, and go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate you will find the Deactivate button there, just click on it and then go to new Domain on which you want to use the theme and Install the theme and Activate the theme on new Domain with the same purchase code you will not find an issue.
When entering the purchase code it will not work and you have to submit a support ticket as their API coding is broke in theme. They respond very quickly. Took about 10 minutes as I marked the ticket as urgent and commented on here.
