I think you have some misunderstanding, The update of the theme version 4.7.2 was released yesterday and if you had downloaded the theme yesterday and in the style.css file of the latest theme version 4.7.2 showing version 4.7.1.1 then please contact us so we will check the theme for you and provide you the solution for that, and also provide you the latest updated theme because I have just checked it at my end and finds the version showing 4.7.2 in the style.css file at my end.
I just downloaded it again and ut still shows 4.7.1.1 In both situations I have downloaded the “installable wordpress only” files and this is what it shows. I think you have some misunderstanding and have only update the “ALL FILES” download link
I see now what you have done. You only updated the download link for all files and DID NOT update wordpress files only

You can Add Mobile Contact in the header from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Contact Info as per your requirements, but some times the Contact Info hides in the Sticky Header by default like in your providing screenshots so for that you have to make it appear using Custom CSS, so I suggest you that please share the site URL so I’ll create a CSS for you site and provide you if you already set the Contact Info in the header, otherwise contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will add a contact info for you on your site and then provide you the solution.

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
These products cannot be specified in the admin but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.
Related products (automatic) also show on the product page.

Can you please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/
And then follow the steps given below to update the theme hope you will not find an issue.
First of all please take the complete backup of your site/theme current version and then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/
and also please deactivate all the site third-party plugins before an update because many of the times the third party plugins conflict with the new theme files and creating an issue for the site but you have to activate the third party plugins again after theme update one by one.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site. (If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything. (If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.
If not then please contact us through our support system with your site WP and CPanel Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you.

I’m using Porto in a particular website(old), but I no longer use it so I installed it to a new website that has different domain address. The old website is no longer active it was already taken by the registrar. Now upon activating Porto on the new, it says that I already use it on my old site.

Yes, before using the theme on the new domain you have to deactivate the theme from the old site by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate, you will find the deactivate button there, so just click on it and then you will be able to activate the theme with the same purchase code on the new domain/site.
And if in case the old domain/site was already deleted then contact us through our support system so we will reset the purchase code for you.

First of all, great theme, little but of a learning curve but I can handle. However, I’m unable to change my menu font. I go to Skin > Main menu > Menu font and change the setting but nothing change on the front ends. Any idea why?

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.
OR
That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve.
OR
Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and deactivate the plugin name “Fast Velocity Minify” and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and click on save changes button and finally check your site after removing the browser cache you will find your issue resolved.
Fast Velocity Minify is the plugin that will minify the site CSS and will help in speeding up the site, so you have to activate that plugin once when you completed the site and completed with the development environment.
Hope this helps you in solving the issue and if not then we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details.
Ok. I tried all solution. It’s mostly a Browser Cache. On chrome I have a hard time seeing updates. So I swtich to Mozilla and it’s fine. I’ll do further test and check what was really causing the problem.

There are tabs on the single product page, the built-in tabs have preset priority numbers, is there anyway to change the priority for a tab globally.
For example, I want to change the review tab priority to make the last tab, so priority would be something more than 60; in the settings I do not believe it is changeable, but if not, where can I changed in the code, javascript or CSS?

But as said, the logo doesn’t get this font, or at least is not showing this.

So it must be the cache issue at your end, please always check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache and the best practice is to turn of all the cache while you are in the development process.

Is there a possibility to directly react in this comments section to user: Berka02746 ? Why is not the label “PURCHASED” behind his name?
He is using this theme and I think he has downloaded it somewhere from the internet. This kind of downloading themes and plugins is always a HUGE RISK. As we all know is that themes and plugins downloaded somewhere from the internet have always built-in backdoors made by the hackers to take full control of your website. Hackers do this by hand or full automatic by scanning.
One thing is for sure; Berka02746 doesn’t understand how things are working in this Comments Section and the Support Ticket section. He even won’t listen to you and he is thinking that the Support Desk is sitting there only for him.
In the past 4 years I had two minor issues with this theme or an update, and opened two Support Tickets. The Support Desk solved my issues for 100%. They did it fast and keeps me updated. Great work !!

You can set/change the “PHP max_execution_time Limit” by copying and paste the below-given code into wp-config.php file or by asking your hosting provider as well.

Remember if your hosting provider has set the restrictions on your account that this code will not run then the only option for changing the “PHP max_execution_time Limit” is to take help from your hosting provider.
