How so i get the flipping cards to work. Fresh install and demo import and i just get code and nothing else
Are you in text mode? You should be using the Visual Composer Backend Editor and it should look something like this:

I got it sorted. I installed on a test server and then ran the imports which showed everything. I then re ran the imports on the live server and has fixed.
Also which is the best form plugin to use for this theme that keeps the button styles?
Glad to hear! You should use Contact Form 7 for the forms, it will keep all the form styling
Hello, I can’t modify the Theme Options. Cannot modify colours, header, or simply put a footer. Every time when I save my options it’s not working. The problem still from 2 months. It’s a big problem. It’s like all of the theme options are frozen and I can’t change them.

You are using a very old version of the theme (v4.4) and Automotive Listings plugin (v5.3). If you update to the latest versions (currently v9.4 for theme and v13.7 of the plugin) and fully clear your browsers cache and any caching plugins you may have installed on your website or hosting then everything should be working again as normal. 
Hi, how do I un connect the Envato Updates? There are updates pending but there have been some changes to my Envato details due to a security check. I now to create a new api and add it but I can’t un connect the update section to add the new api.

Hi Andy – Envato recently implemented a rate limiting tactic to force everyone off of their old API and onto a new one. Because of this you will need to manually update your theme and plugin to at least 9.3 and 13.6, and then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and it will prompt you to connect your Envato account to the new API. After you do that you should be able to automatically update again going forward. Here are some links to knowledgebase items explaining how to manually update:

Hi, I’ve an issue with the Automotive Listings Plugin. If it is active, we get an SSL mixed content issue on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. If I deactivate it, the SSL issue disappears. I’ve several elements from the Automotive Listing on my page. Is there a workaround to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.

It looks like you are using an old version of the Automotive Listings plugin. You will need to update your Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version and then fully clear your caches and it should secure it.

I know that v4 is completely rewritten, but reading the documentation of Bootstrap 4 they say:

As I told you before, no component used before version 4, works (none of them works)
Try for example this label component for v3 in v4 and you’ll see that CSS is ignored completely (staying only in plain text):

Yes I am quite sure v4 is implemented properly in our theme. You are misunderstanding what they actually mean on the Migrating to v4 page. They mean when you are migrating from v4 BETA 3 to v4 STABLE, not from v3 to v4 (here is a link to a blog post about Bootstrap 4 Beta 3: http://blog.getbootstrap.com/2017/12/28/bootstrap-4-beta-3/ ). We also tested the old bootstrap code for those labels in a fresh copy of the Bootstrap 4.1.3 and it doesn’t work either:

The reason the extra spacing is happening is due to how WordPress formats the spaces and link breaks in the editor, if you want it to look like that you will need to compress the HTML:
The dropdown functionality doesn’t work due to a bug in the JavaScript loading order which has been fixed in the next plugin update that will be coming out shortly.

Envato imposed a rate limiting tactic without giving any forewarning to authors, so basically you need to manually update (via FTP) your theme to at least 9.3 and your plugin to at least 13.6, then after you do that go to Theme Options >> Update Settings and you can authenticate your account to use the new Envato API they just introduced. After you complete this you will be able to update going forward as usual.
Can i use that theme more then 10 website after buying once ?
No, unfortunately all themes on ThemeForest require 1 license for each website/domain name. You can read more about the licenses here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
I have got a couple of issues. When I try to activate the theme, I am able to get as far as content, all the boxes are checked. But I get an Ajax error and cannot move to the next step. When I try to create a ticket, I use my activation code, but it says its invalid, I purchased this theme last night

Good day. Since recieveing the update the theme has been experiencing some problems. I bought the theme last week and installed it fine and it was working beautifully, however as soon as I updated the theme I have had non stop problems. The automotive listings plugin seems to be the problem, because when i disable all the plugins the site works somewhat ok. Could you please provide some assistance?

So…. who has used the update released 3 days ago and has it completely shut down your site as well? Deletion and reinstall did not fix. If I figure this out, I’ll let you know.

)but I think I’ve got it up now. Still seeing some issues with the listings inventory page plugin and error messages but the overall theme is back up. Removed and reinstalled and on the fourth attempt with all other plugins disabled it came back up.
I’ve since been going through the plugins and don’t see any issues since that last install.

Hi, I bought the licence for this quite a long time ago, and hadnt bothered updated Wordpress/Plugins etc, but after a DOS attack, I have had to update the Wordpress for this but have an old version of the template that isnt compatible. If I just renew the support, will this allow me to download the new versions? I don’t mind renewing just wanted to make sure thats what it was 
You don’t need to renew your support to get the latest version, just go to the Downloads section of your ThemeForest account to download it.

Also when I was trying to update the automotive listings, I it downloads the up to date, but when activated, I get : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home2/*/public_html/**/wp-content/plugins/automotive/the_widgets.php on line 327.
Wordpress is now on 4.9.8, theme on 6.2 (but cant update), listings on 9.5 (but cant activate). Any suggestions, its not been modified, so it should allow me to just update, yes?

Still about the Carfax, is just a link for Carfax page? The theme comes with more than 1 demo (different layouts of home page)? Or is just the only one that I see in the themeforest’s preview? Do you have any demo access for the wp-admin or prints?

It includes CarFax integration (it is uses the VIN number of the vehicle to produce unique reports for each vehicle), and it includes Frazer integration for manual imports. If you want to automate the updates from Frazer you would need our premium Automatic Importer plugin (not included with the theme). I deleted the makes and models in listings which aren’t in stock anymore but they keep showing up in the search inventory box… How can I fix this?
Make sure you deleted the Listings >> Listing Categories as well as the listings associated with those makes/models. Also update your theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version if you have not already. I purchased in 2015 with free lifetime updates…now support is taken away, I can’t contact anyone to help with the no updates allowed…...it says “It doesn’t look like you have entered a valid ThemeForest Username & API Key. To receive updates for the plugin you must validate this information in the Update Settings section.”...which I have done and it says Envato account connected.

On a listing’s page, when you click Print this Truck, the image on the print page is a thumbnail version of the original image(s). I want a larger image to be displayed on this page…where can I edit what size image is being pulled?
I’ve already edited the print CSS so that the image is the size I want but because the theme pulls a thumbnail of the original image, the enlarged image is very fuzzy.

Ok so I’ve determined that the print page is pulling the “auto_thumb size” image for each photo and I’d like it to pull the “auto_slider size” image instead. I don’t see this in the print.css file…can you point me in the right direction to make this adjustment?

There are no limits to what our theme or WordPress can contain, we have some customers with 25,000+ products. The only limitations are really on your web server, configuration, and your web hosting.
