Why can not I change the colors of Breadcrumbs and some fields via the port panel?

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and deactivate the plugin name “Fast Velocity Minify” and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options and click on save changes button and finally check your site after removing the browser cache you will find your issue resolved.
Fast Velocity Minify is the plugin that will minify the site CSS and will help in speeding up the site, so you have to activate that plugin once when you completed the site and completed with the development environment.

Check the website on mobile, navigate to the website with the hamburger menu. Now you will see that the menu not auto collaps.

Yes, It is always Open on Mobile you have to close it by tapping on any section on the Mobile screen except the menu, and this is because the One Page Demo menu works on the section IDs so it does not refresh the page it just takes you to the particular section on the same page right, and the menu close when the page will refresh and in that case the page is not refreshing so that is why it is no closing by itself. Hope this is all clear now.
Is possible that you can you let me know where i can change this option? Because it’s not the normal behavior how works a onepage website.
I have also checked some js files but without any success. Hope that you can help me with this fact.

You have to customize the theme.js file find in wp-content/themes/porto/js/theme.js file. It is the customization, you can ask your developer to do it for you. As you know the support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not the customization services.

How can i setup footer like in your shop2 demo? I installed shop2 demo but there was no footer, and i wasn’t able to make the same footer myself, as i didn’t found all the required widgets. There is a widget for contact information, but no widget for email signup and menu

1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks, you will find Footer Block, so copy that footer block slug name and then go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Footer Block 2 and use Porto Block Widget in it and paste the Footer Block slug name in it and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
2. Yes, you can use but before changing the Domain you have to first deactivate the license from the old domain by going into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and you will find the deactivate button, just click on it and then change the domain or domain name and then Activate the theme on new domain with the same purchase code by following the same steps.

There is no option in the Theme Options to move the Category Description from top to bottom on the category page. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.
1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please download the latest version of the theme 4.7.2 from Theme Forest by Login into your Theme Forest account >> Downloads onto your Computer and then Extract it onto your Computer you will find a file named “porto.zip” this is the theme file then follow the steps given below to update the theme.

First of all please take the complete backup of your site/theme current version and then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/
and also please deactivate all the site third-party plugins before an update because many of the times the third party plugins conflict with the new theme files and creating an issue for the site but you have to activate the third party plugins again after theme update one by one.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site. (If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything. (If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.

I think you are using the Porto Portfolio WP Bakery element for showing Portfolios on your page, so please edit the Porto Portfolio WP Bakery Element you will find an option “Portfolios Count” set it as “10” and just below it you will find an option “Load More Posts” set it as “Load More(Button)” and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache. Hope it will solve your issue.
And if you are not using the Porto Portfolio WP Bakery element and trying to set it on Portfolio Archive page then go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Archive and turn to “NO” option “Enable Infinite Scroll” and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading and set the limit of “Blog pages show at most” & “Syndication feeds show the most recent” to 10 again and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache

Yes, you can change the mobile menu icon on left in mobile. Actually, the mobile toggle icon position is set according to the Header layout we have in the theme. You can easily change the position of the mobile toggle menu.

The demo looks good but lacks many simple functions as opposed to other demos on envato.
We bought this demo for WP under 2 weeks ago and now its on sale from 60 EUR to 29 EUR. We should have waited as the functionality is limited as one is not able to really see what one can do only after when you bought it. You should offer a demo for both front end and back end as other users do.
We are also not able to change the skin. It is much more complex. How can we change the skin to another colour, let’s say orange instead of the blue. In the backend we need to go to each item and change each section..this is too time demanding. Any tips or where we can try this? thanks!

Keep receiving 500 Internal Server Error with lastest version. My wordpress version is 4.9.8, fresh installation. Tried to increase wordpress memory limit in php.ini, wp-config and .htaccess but not work. I can’t even create support account in portotheme.com.
I fixed it. The method is changing something in php.ini php_value upload_max_filesize 128M php_value post_max_size 128M php_value max_execution_time 600 php_value max_input_time 600 php_value memory_limit 256M That’s it.
But now I have a new problem, cannot activate theme. “Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server!” I don’t know why.

& Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
Or
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme hope your issue will solve and if not then please try/test the theme on any other server which will purely compatible with the theme you will not find an issue.

It says that Porto is 100% compatible with WPML but i setup a page where i used several Porto elements and none of these was translatable using the wpml editor. So i then translated it manually and then when i did a string search / update using wpml all translations was set back to standard lang. So as far as i can see the porto elements is not translatable using wpml editor.

Sorry to say that but you have to translate all the plugins language files as well, because many of the Porto elements are coming from WP Bakery and Porto Functionality plugins so those strings are not translated until you won’t translate the plugins language files. Sorry but i think you misunderstand. All theme and plugin textstrings is easy to translate using WPML string translations, works just fine.
What i mean is porto shortcode elements. If you build a page ie. an About Us page using wp bakery elements these are easy translatable but if you use porto elements like Porto Headings it is not translatable using WPML editor.
But i solved problem by switch off WPML editor for post and pages and translate manually in standard editor.

You are very right, it is flexible layout and the sidebar expands with the right banner. but the sidebar you are referring to is not the categories but it is the sidebar menu set from Theme Option. So you can add as many menu items as you can also including Categories as well.

Just purchased and read in documentation that the paid plugin “WPBakery Visual Composer” is required to run this theme. If this is true, I would then ask for refund as I didn’t see anything related in products description and I’m totally allergic to page builders. Is this supposed to be purchased?

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

Actually the banner you are referring to is made using Porto Carousel and Porto Inter Active banner WP bakery elements, When you edit your home page you will find those both elements at the top of the page and when you edit the Porto Interactive banner you will find banner image option so just set your image from there it will work for you, and the images coming with the demo import are the dummy images directly coming from our internal server not included in the media library some times.
