Hello kindly reply my ticket and give me support, my project is on hold because of this issue. I do not have advanced programming skills, so I need support in configuring the email, to show check in and check out dates and total price of booking, for those paying on arrival. If your agent is too busy to do it, kindly give me a step by step process on how to do it. I have a deadline to meet and i didn’t buy this theme, so that I could face these sort of issues.

I checked, I have to say I am so disappointed and at this point I regret purchasing this theme, my client feels disappointed also. I do not understand how a booking theme doesn’t think to add check in and check out times to the emails sent to customers, how do their customers know exactly when they booked? they are telling me I require advanced coding knowledge which if I had I would not need to buy this theme, till this is fixed I give this theme and their support a big thumbs down!

Thanks, but the answer I got didn’t e really help and now again I’m waiting for a looooong time… So far not a great experience that we’re used to in this marketplace. At this point I am getting quite frustrated and disappointed with Mikado! I don’t understand how a simple feature such as the booking information of customer check in and check out times, total amount and automated email being sent to customers of their booking isn’t included with this theme and requires advanced programming knowledge. I also feel like the support system has been quite poor as I am left in a state of confusion.

You can see on our demo site http://fivestar.mikado-themes.com we do have our own booking system which you can test on our demo site. You will be able to proceed the booking and the payment as it is connected with our Woocommerce checkout integration plugin, once you book it will lead you to the cart where you can proceed with the payment. In Woocommerce > settings you will be able to check your settings for the payment to your needs. So, first you’ll need to check reservation, that could be just if there is space in that hotel https://www.screencast.com/t/2fy1JfeNHx4Z and if you pass the checking of reservation, you could make reservation and after you could go to ‘checkout now’ https://www.screencast.com/t/Ni5QYLDTRWTr We hope this is ok to understand how this process is working. When it comes to reservations, you could manually set some reserved dates on each hotel room https://www.screencast.com/t/cgJEmR4emU and in that period room wan’t be available. When ti comes to synchronization, unfortunately we do not have this for the moment. However we will note our dev team about this and add as suggestion for future theme update. Since we didn’t test our theme with above mentioned plugins, we cannot guarantee compatibility. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Is it possible to get the total summary of bookings including total money received in the admin panel? 2. i want yo use it for a cottage booking. so is it possible to add single cottage and disable the room option? 3. 1. The bookings are integrated with WooCommerce, so you could check this in WooCommerce > Reports.

2. Sure, you could use this theme for cottage bookings. Theme labels can be translated, so every instance of “room” can be changed into “cotttage.”

3. Yes.

4. WooCommerce has many different payment options, but if you don’t want to use it, you can disable it and arrange payment with your clients in a different way.

Hello, I am interested in buying your template, but I have a question. Is it possibile to use a third party system for rooms’ booking? I have a contract with a system that offers booking API and I would like to use it. I state that I am a developer and I have the skills to manually change the code.
