I think it’s because you are trying to replicate it on the Mac or PC. Try to do the same on iPhone.

Hi gabrielerivoli, unfortunately there is not a method to recover Theme Options if you don’t have a backup, before you delete Theme Options there is also an alert pop-up asking confirmation about the request, please try to ask your host if they perform a backup.

Hello, I wanted to congratulate you on finally updating your theme to work better with mobile. Much better indeed. However I am having an issue in that every time I visit my website from many mobiles, the images show up blurry, every time. Hi, I added your recommended snippet to “Theme Options -> CSS/JS -> Javascript” for stopping a background video to loop. Now, I would like to keep the last frame of the video as the background image because right now it just dissapears. Is there a way for the theme to achieve that? Thank you.
Hi lamuka! We are sorry but what is the code you refer too? We don’t remember to have in our documentation a snippet to stop the background. Anyway it’s not possible to have what you ask, if this is vital for your project you can use Slider Revolution that is part of the theme and add a last frame or anything you need when the video ends.

Hi, it is not from the documentation; I found the code snippet here, in the commments section. Someone asked and you replied. I still cannot keep the last frame of the video on, it goes to a blank screen. I don’t even care now if its a background video. I tried slide revolution and it also goes to a blank screen after the video ends. I even tried using a background image of the last frame but nothing works. Any ideas how can I keep the last frame of the video on the screen?
It worked. It always worked. With so much rendering I didn’t realized the last frame of my video was blank. My bad.

Would it be possible to active the Sidebar function also to the Posts side? At the moment I’ve have a working sidebar but it is active and shows up only on Pages. The idea is to have same sidebar on both sides: on blog posts and on independent pages. I’ve been trying to figure out how to enable sidebar on blog posts but I’m unable to find any settings related to this from the WP dashboard. I’ve also tried to use separate plugins like Easy Custom Sidebars and Custom Sidebars – Dynamic Widget Area Manager without any success.

Hi, I think that there is a little bug with Uncode-Woocommerce.
Usually in standard themes, if you have a product without an image, woocommerce will replace the empty space with a placeholder image.
With uncode there is a problem:
this image is not coming out when using content blocks to create product grids. And in some cases is usefull to have this placeholder image.
Could you please try to understand if this issue could be fixed? thanks
