Hi guys, I have a question. I get an issue when I enable: “Include jQuery in footer instead of header” “Remove Emoji detection script”
The issue is that when I quick save a page in admin, the front-end page doesn’t reload automatically. I event changed the “Quick Save button will automatically refresh” drop-down, but nothing. If I disable the jQuery and Emoji, then the front-end page reloads automatically each time I press quick save. I cleared the dashboard cache, the front-end cache, but nothing. Why does this happen? How can I fix it?

Hehe, this happened because you included the jQuery in the footer and it apparently screws some of the javascripts and this is why the page is not reloading 
. So most probably this speed optimisation won’t be useful for you.

My website is not caching. It shows up fine on my computer, but will not update on anyone elses. I have tried a couple caching plugins (wp total cache and comet cache) and neither of them works. I also cleared front and backend cache within the theme. I don’t see a plugin for fresh performance cache… am I missing something?

Greetings from India. All my clients is giving compliments for my website. Well all those compliments goes to you guys.
I just having one small problem, which is regarding portfolio. If you check my site https://www.purkait.com you will see a “My Amazing Work” section. It’s a portfolio. I don’t know why some tags are not showing up. There are only three showing “Branding”, “Logo Design” and “Slides” but I have also added “Website” and “Banner Ads” but it is now showing there.
Can you please help me to solve the issue?

The portfolio tags are printed only if there are currently posts containing those tags. But there is an option in Portfolio settings to print all tags, you just need to look it through

I have already looked into the portfolio setting but there is nothing like print tags. And I have already have Posts containing those tags.

Are the missing tags actually assigned to some portfolio posts? If not then then do not print because there is nothing (no posts) to show.

I have found a solution for this problem, I have set an z-index for left (or right) content with floating. This works fine for me. Thanks
This problem only users with floating. For example, for images with signature and text runaround.

when are you going to increase the functionality of your mega menus? You’ve had comments and questions for over a year and currently it is still lagging behind hundreds of themes?!
No other mega menu is fully compatible with your theme, and none deal with the sticky menu resize on scroll in your theme either… You need to update your mega menu

The Global Styles are a DIY system that you need to attach to desired elements first because everyone will want to use them differently. So what you are doing now is applying custom settings on the global styles but these global styles are not attached to anything so they do nothing. Visit some element in the builder and attach the global styles via “Styles” tab. Here is a free Academy lesson for you, covering the Global Styles more in-depth (20 minutes long) http://arktheme.com/academy/tutorial/global-styles/?limitedAccess=MDAyMDExNTQwMzAxMjI4 Hope this helps. There is 8 hours of videos like that in the Academy which was very time consuming to produce so it had to be priced separately for what we think is a more than reasonable price considering the value it brings to an average freelancer that is serious about making sites on Ark and actually benefits from investing hours of their time into watching the whole series.

goodness that’s a lot! that’s nearly as much as Netflix! i know you’re charging that because you say a lot of work has gone into the making of the videos but it does seem a bit cynical slapping on a surcharge after one has bought the theme

Well Netflix has millions of subscribers so you can’t really compare the two. There is no other theme that has 8 hours of in-depth video material so it is indeed extra and our income as a company would not increase by releasing the videos for free which means it would not cover the company expenses spent on creating those videos so they need to be priced separately to avoid going into red numbers as a company. Also, the freelancers this product is aimed at charge between $20-$200 per hour so I don’t think $7 per month is a notable expense for their business considering the productivity boost in can give them. Basically it would be a bad business decision on their part to not enroll in the Academy program, even if it would be a $100 per month, the benefits of higher productivity will earn it all back and more. By the way, we still have a very long way from being in black numbers on the Academy program given how expensive it was to produce so it’s not like we are getting rich on your account either.

Hi, love the theme! Quick question, when using the default portfolio single layout it shows related portfolio items underneath the portfolio post “You might also like”. But I noticed the original portfolio item is also shown as a result. How do you filter this out so it doesn’t show under the related items? Thanks in advance!

This would require tweaking the loop a little bit. You need to exclude the post from the loop, based on post id and you need to write this as a custom code directly in the Loop property of your portfolio element
