Are you using latest version of the theme (1.5.8)? You can use the Envato Market plugin to update it.

I am leaving for vacating in about an hour, so if you are ok that I won’t be able to take a look at it sooner than on Saturday, feel free to send me a PM with your credentials.
You can also update both the theme and WPBakery Page Builder manually. Just download the full package from your Envato account, unzip it and you will find the page builder .zip inside Plugins folder (js_composer.zip). Just deactivate and remove your current version and install the new one.
I updated everything but every time I am editing the block using VC it doesn`t update the content – it just dissapears (the whole VC thing disappears)

how exactly are you trying to remove it? You shouldn’t touch the theme’s style sheet nor any of its files. The correct way it so either use the child theme or some custom CSS:
.page-title { display: none; }
However some additional CSS (or code customization) may be required to make it look good as the design was not meant to be used without this element.

Just want to remove the page name above the services tiles and its block line only on the home page. No where else. I think it will look cleaner that way, then other pages can show a page title.. Make sense?

Yup just tested as you said and looks cleaner without it.. Thanks. One other thing I’ve noticed is that on your demo, when you go into a service item it shows a title for that service. EG. Painting in the sidebar shows a title of Painting. Whereas I don’t seem to be able to get a title? And this was before playing with the home page title. Services page itself has a title of Services.

try to install plugins manually then. You will find all .zip installation files in the Plugins folder in the full package downloaded from the ThemeForest. Just go to Plugins / Add New / Upload and instal them one by one.
Alternatively, you can unzip all those .zip files and upload plugin folders under wp-content/plugins via FTP.

There is a strange problem with Projects on our site. When you create a new project it automatically populates the gallery with an old Project, and it fills in the custom fields for meta_project_info1_text, meta_project_info1_title, meta_project_info2_text, meta_project_info2_title and we can not delete the contents of these fields no matter what we do.
The gallery can not be changed and the Add/Edit Gallery and Clear Gallery buttons do not work.
I’ve installed the latest theme version again today and ensured the PHP memory limit is at least 128m and still the problem persists.
Any ideas why this would be happening?

this is a very specific issue which happens on some installations. You are probably just the third buyer who is reporting this. Unfortunately, I still haven’t figured out the cause of this, since it is impossible to replicate it. However, since you’ve bought the theme a while ago, I assume it worked for you before? Have you made any changes on your installation since then, like installed new plugins or something like that? My guess is that it is caused by the Redux Framework plugin, maybe you can ty to install its older version to see if it would help.

Thanks for the info. I checked a few older versions of Redux Framework and going back to 3.5.x still the problem exists.
We noticed the problem about a yr ago originally, however we changed our Projects page so rarely that we didn’t bother to report it and figured it would be fixed in a future patch. However when trying to create some new Projects and alter some old ones we realised it still exists, hence why we’re only now mentioning it.
To get around it we’ve just manually input the numerical image ID’s that we want to appear in the gallery, and this works for now. However you can not delete any of the custom fields they just reappear upon saving. But you can change the field entries and that will overwrite them.
We’ll carry on with this method until a fix is found. 
Yes, doing it manually via custom fields is the only way to go unfortunately in such case.
We are using your them on our website. But we seem to be having issues with Woocommerce. The Add to Cart button won’t show up and we are unable to add any product to our cart. Can you help us?

What exactly do you mean it does not look like in the demo? The only difference is that your blocks have various heights due to different numbers of categories and title lengths.
How to make it symmetrical just like the template
It is not possible without cutting the length of titles and categories to take the same number of rows for each posts.
Also your featured images have different aspect ratios (titles are actually ok).

It is just missing the styling, so “it does not seem to work with your theme” seem a bit of a stretch (please correct me if I am wrong). If that plugin does not come with its own styling, then try to nest the whole form shortcode (if it is created via a shortcode) in something like this:
<div class="default-form"> ..shortcode/content.. </div>
Hahah I didnt mean it like that, your theme is awesome….. If i was smart enough to work it out myself I’d be right.
So if the shortcode is [usp_form id=”entry-form”], do i just put that on the second line and use the HTML element or something
Simply switch editor to HTML mode and use this code instead of your current shortcode:

I have 2 issues so far – first off, I’ve purchased about 20 themes over the last few years and this is the first time I have ever seen where demo content did not include the images shown to sell it!!?? The links you provide to conveniently BUY them are useless, these images aren’t even available to purchase anymore.. The other issue I have is I can’t upload the demo.xml file – i just get the following error: Failed to create new user for admin. Their posts will be attributed to the current user. Failed to import Media “favicon” Failed to import Media “logo” Failed to import Media “logo.2x” Failed to import Media “header-bg (It keeps going from there) If this is a permission issue can you tell me what it is specifically so I can go back to my host to resolve?

the fact that images are not included is mentioned in item desciption and it is completely normal. All those images are copyrighted and can’t be legally sold with the theme. Those other themes you’ve bought before which included images eithers used free ones or were breaking the copyrights (I assume you haven’t bought most of them here on ThemeForest, since many authors here don’t sell them with their themes). The Envato recently removed a large number of photos from PhotoDune, many of them were used on the demo indeed, but there is nothing I can do about this unfortunately.
As for those errors, have you checked to import the attachments on import screen? However it seems that only image files failed to import and those are placeholders anyway, I assume that posts and pages were imported, is that correct?

I am sorry, but the front end editor is not supported in this theme. You can try to remove the code which disables it, however I am off computer for next ten days so I am unable to give you exact instructions where to find it. It will be either inside some file under wp-content/themes/bluecollar/includes or inside wp-content/plugins/lsvr-toolkit-bluecollar/lsvr-toolkit-bluecollar.php (take a look there first). The code itself looks like this:
