Hello Muffin Group! I have a problem with my products. I have bought a Sale badge plugin and when I see shop page my sale badge is hidden on all of the sales products and I see the default sale icon of the theme! please see my screenshots. how can I remove default icon and show the new badge on shop page? we did never tested above plugin so we can not tell you why it does not work exactly. However, any 3rd party plugin that is written in accordance to WP guidelines and API, should work without any issues.

Hello. I purchaised Theme Be that came with Rev Slider. Now, when I am trying to edit RevSlider slides, I am getting this message “View (slide-editor) Error: The slider is not initialized!”. Other plugins that are active on the site are woocommerce and contact form 7. Can you help me?
I deativated all plugins, same issue. Rev Slider does not work. One other issue i found, is that when I deactivate the woocommerce plugin, the header of the site disappears.

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the theme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

if you mean localhost installation, then you don’t have to buy any extra license. However, please remember to de-register license before migration to live server when ready.

Hello Support, I’m facing some issues with your theme and I need a solution.
I installed the theme and set under “Theme options” -> “Header” -> the Classic Style.

yes, you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

Hi, i need am menu like themeforest menu… it has the main menu… Web Themes & Templates – Code – Video – Audio – Graphics – Photos – 3D Files
and Web Themes & Templates has a submenu All items – Wordpress – Simple Site Builder etc
Can i do that with your theme? There is a another way to do this. There is no theme or plugin can do that and i think its really handy for many categories.

please have a look at https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/classic/ and let us know if this is the sub-menu you would like to have on your site. Just hover on some main menu items like Shortcodes, Pages (it’s mega menu) or Blog, Portfolio (this is regular menu with levels).

I made an error. Before migrating my theme to another domain I forgot to deactivate the previous license and I have long deleted the theme from the previous domain. Now I can’t use the license on another domain. Is there a nother way of deactivating the previous license?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has successfully added the BeTheme custom styles to TinyMCE (like allowing customers to add 1/3 width columns or 1/2 width columns)? I know in theory it sounds really really simple but I’m concerned about the customer “breaking” the DOM structure.

2 days ago Flag Hi,We are having issue on your Portfolio module in BeTheme.
When we click the Load More button, additional images appear but the number of images in total is not accurate.
Please have a look on my screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MJ8Yjv0z7i84vmHSXeNRpCXnrwA4oE_h/view?usp=sharing Apparently, there are more than 2 images but it only shows a total of 2 in the counter/pagination.
The Pagination is incorrect when you press the LOAD MORE function. it will not add up to the current pagination of the gallery. it will have separate pagination number for the added images when load more is press.
Also in some circumstances, loaded images were duplicated.

When support is expired is no more possible to update or download plugin? I can’t upload no more plugin or download BeTheme Header Builder as it says: “Il pacchetto non può essere installato. Il plugin non contiene file.

Getting the same error as others above when try to update the Theme: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
