regarding video ads expiration does it us date only or it contains expiration by number of views ? if yes its okay , if no , is it possible to add such feature in the near future ? thanks

hi dear I want to report a bugs happened when install ultimate member plugin with true mag theme I got the next bugs 1- comment area on video post page is disappeared after installing ultimate member 2- when I install Dokan multi vendor plugin with Ultimate member plugin and true mag the next bug happened the vendors or even the administrator loose the ability to upload images to the vendor’s store (and I got this message) Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post.

Just came across a new problem. In our homepage where it lists the blog posts, we are seeing the featured image of a couple of recenly posted posts are blurry. It started only from 21st of Oct. All the featured image before this are good. Also the image is blurry only when we see from home page, if we go to teh category page or to the actual post, we don’t see any problems. Any idea why this is happening? Also, I wanted to ask you, do you have a website redesigning/customising service that you provide? If you have I would like to discuss it.

I noted that true mage works with woocommerce and buddypress in addition to a lot of helper plugins so my question (in case of will not use self hosting videos and only use youtube) is it will work normally in normal shared hosting or need vps or more ?

quick view is good feature and no need to turn it off I think is better if you in the next versions of the theme to add the feature of playing overlay ads on video when it is work using Quick view thanks

Your latest update break all previous Font Awesome icons across the whole site. Installing a Font Awesome plugin help recover the icons but break part of your design for example the “Play” icon is either broken or Missing, depending of the Font Awesome plugin.

I want to purchase this theme. but before purchasing there are certain questions in my mind. I want to clear them all. 1- I want to make it mandatory that user can only upload the video only after creating his account. like we all do in Youtube. Is it possible or not. 2- User channel will be created and what all are the changes possible from the user end for editing the video. Is he can delete or make changes in the uploaded video?

I tried and everything is fine with AMP instead of Video. Is that so hard to make videos show on AMP pages? You may want to contact wp for amp team they are always happy to help to make their plugin compatible with every theme.

How can I save the theme settings?
After getting nowhere importing posts after the demo content install (post dates all showed date of import, not actual publish date), I have to start over again but cannot find out how to save all my tweaks to the theme.
Most themes will save to an XML file but I can’t seem to find anything with this theme. It is a client purchased theme.
