hi dear support team i have download your atom theme and upload to my website first i can’t find media.xml file and also can’t see data folder and when i try to import one click demo data its now 3 hours still i see Importing, please wait! what is this please help me
Hello,
We updated the new one click install for this theme in the version 1.4.0. Therefore, it won’t have data folder in the our theme package.
Now,we exported all demo data include post, page, product and media in the demo-content.xml file. You can see this file by extract our theme package => then go to the sw_atom/lib/import/demo-3 folder.

We checked our theme and don’t see this problem like you. It seems that this problem is from your server.
You can import our demo by follow the below steps : - Step 1 : Extract our theme package => then go to the sw_atom/lib/import/demo-3 folder. - Step 2 : Go to the admin => tool => import => wordpress => then import file demo-content.xml - Step 3: Go to the admin => Revolution slider => then import slider-3.zip

I have purchased this theme along with superfly menu, I have gone through all the superfly documentation and added the menu which shows on the desktop and mobile. The issue is that the menu (which is a multi-tiered) is showing everything in a full list. There is no sub-menu or sub-formatting, just a list all the way down. I have looked at the menu in an editor and I get the class ‘sf-menu-item-undefined’. I have created the menu in ‘menus’ in the wordpress back end of the website. This appears on every menu I have tried to assign to the superfly plugin. I have switched the theme to ‘Twenty Sixteen’ and it works great. The problem is that your theme using something called YA Mega Menu, which is hard coded into the theme itself. Can you assist in removing this ya mega menu from the theme files (I have already removed the plugin) so that the superfly menu plugin can recognise and define the menus that I create?

Hi, I don’t see the Up-sell hook in the template on products pages. How can Up-sell products be shown in Atom theme’s product pages? I see that Cross-sell products are showing in the cart page, but Up-sell products are missing from the product pages!

Hi, Visual Composer shows blank page again, not able to update anything on the page. I can see you have a new verions available and we will update to that. Can you please tell me which version of Visual Composer it is compatible with and also WooCommerce version that the new theme version is compatible.
I see in the info the theme is compatible until WPBakery 4.7.4. but I see that with the last Atom update we have gotten version 4.8.0.1. so I guess that compatibility info is not correct.

This theme has beautiful look but it’s so difficultly to install demo. When I import demo data, I must make so much manual modify (select category for product category slider, Weekly Best Selling …). It’s has ‘One click Install’ but I need over 1000 clicks but not successfull to install demo. So tired.

I bought some themes in Themeforest, I like the theme has ‘import demo’ function with plugin All-in-One WP Migration, it’s so fast, simple and there’s no error when install demo data.

Hi! Tab Slider displays all categories under the selected category (subcategories, etc). Is there a way to display only the categories without their subcategories? e.g. I have a category named “Service” which I select it to be displayed via a tab slider. Under that category I have categories with brands’ names (Apple, Samsung, etc) and under each one there are categories named after each brand’s models (ipad, ipad 2, galaxy, etc). I want the tab slider to display only the brand categories and not the model categories. Is it possible?

Yeap i know but at mine doenot it only shows one category and its subcategories not all ! I tried i gave you my wp codes to solve it and you couldnt so ? What will happen ? It starts showing them and then disapperas and sees only the one ! ii saw many problems with your theme …. and as i see many many people inside here .. I will ask for a full refund if you wont solve the issues … i bought a woocommerce wp theme and till now its not working

Finally i started from scratch again because the demo doesnt play right and it stacks !!!! Something else at the top search it displays only the main categories not the sub categories how i can make the subcategories visible at the sarch drop down at the top of the main menu ?

What next update ? i bought a woo commerce theme and doesnt display product sub categories correctly ! it doesnt install right the demo … as i see above every one has a complain .. so better next time bring to the air a full tested theme .. I bought this theme so i can sell products which are i categories and sub categories .. and it can not display them ! In a woo commerce theme !
