the problem is when i give a name to page as portfolio, its become archive

The resource /wp-admin/options.php is correctly in the server. Does it depend by the template or it’s a providers related issue?

Hi guys,
I’m having a problem when restoring/importing theme settings after migrating from local to live server. I’ve followed your instructions step by step from here: http://nativewptheme.net/support/knowledge-base/how-to-exportimport-theme-options. Now, the problem is that, when I import settings, my general header styling (made locally) doesn’t apply. Not sure what’s happening. Would be nice if you have a solution.

Hello. I bought your theme and I see some ‘unusal’ issues like the following: If you setup a Blog page (list) template and enable categories view, when you select a category then instead of a full filtering and repagination, your theme just put out of the current page the posts of the rest categories!!! Then if you visite other pages you see only the remained post info of these pages! Why so? I have never seen something like this the 12 years I experience Wordpress! If I choose a CATEGORY then there is repagination! Take a look at: http://neasmyrni.cscloud.eu/nea/ Is it possible to ‘fix’ this?
And also: If someone is using Default Template and then insert your blog list WP module, the pagination has been dissapeared! There is no pagination! Why so? In this way, you actually limit the usability of your module! Is like you say, that use this only for limited posts! Why? Is so difficult to add this?
Looking forward to hear an answer from you. I hope that I’m wrong and I haven’t completely understand how to use your theme.

Sort panel supposes to sort only loaded posts, you have 2 pages of posts so when you click on sort panel only posts from the current page will be sorted.
As for the Blog post module, the pagination is not added to it, it supposes to display posts without any paging. In case you need pagination you can use Blog post page template.

I need some help customizing the theme. For starters, the product images on my site look too big, I want to keep them small and simple. What is the recommended size/resolution for product images? Is there a way to make them smaller in the shop section?

For the page size, the youtube is better but self-hoster will not send requests to the request to the third-party resource so it can be loaded faster. It would be better to try both and compare as there are a lot of factors and it’s better to test.

We are not able to confirm that the site has license a there is no actual theme activation. The only way to check the license, for now, is to check purchase code, we can verify it for you if needed.
