Hello. Portfolio 404 fail ? Why ?
If you have Portfolio 404 error, just go to Theme Options > Customise > Portfolio CPT modify the slug to something else, save and then insert again your desired slug term.

Looks like a normal Gallery to me. Wouldn’t it show all images at once if exploded? My Problem is that the Filter Menu doesn’t show up when exploded is enabled.
This is the exploded gallery and you just need to check it in fresh installation since it comes with demo contents. Please note that you need to apply categories to single media if you explode it: https://undsgn.d.pr/hLAwDO
Thanks for your answer. It’s not fresh installed, have more than 100 Pics in the Gallery and also set up Catregories. It works when i uncheck “exploded” but doesn’t when turned on. Its not visible.
Ok I mean have you setup categories for single media? Not as album categories. If you explode the gallery categories must be applied for any image.
Hi! Thanks for this great theme. I have been testing the translation options with qTranslate-X plugin and it works fine. But I just don’t find the way to translate the “portfolio detail labels”, for example “Client”/”Year”/”Services”. The idea is to create a multi-language site with this theme. I have also been looking to the .po file. Any tip to do that? Thank you

Unfortunately this is not our suggested multilingual plugin (we are WPML certified that is the most trusted solution for WordPress: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214003905). Anyway I think that also this plugin should have a tool to translate Theme Options (for example in WPML you have the Strings Translator addon). Have you tried to contact their support and asked how you can translate Theme Options with this plugin?

Hi 30Flux! We are sorry but it’s not possible to use the Gallery to display a complex element like krpano Panorama Viewer. Sorry for this but the gallery can accepts only videos and images.

Your theme is absolutely unique. it is very powerful, but also it has very complex structure. There is nothing wrong with making a video tutorials for beginners. how to edit pages and explain the logic of construction. it is not necessary to edit all the pages, if the logic of construction is the same, then you can show only a few examples. I do not teach you how to do it. I express my wishes as a user.

Unfortunately we fixed the issue and were able to get our Uncode back on line so the error has gone. We’re looking at dev envionments now where it can be replicated though.
It produces a white screen of death. Seemed to be after the theme updated by the looks of it.
But it is very concerning, we didn’t even know the site was in a white screen of death state. Is this something Undsgn have put in the theme on purpose for some reason?
Hi david_h__, as told in the message above the function just check if some plugins are active, it seems more a server issue otherwise all messages here should be about this problem if the update broke installations.

Hi YanislavStamatov! If you have a recent version of Uncode you can move the registration from a site to another, this mean the first site will be no more registered after you ported the registration. To do this you just need to register the second site, it will be asked to port the registration.

I use this theme for a online store and I would like to create a page with a toplist of my products. I would like the products to be sorted by number of sales with the custom field “total_sales” that comes with Woocommerce. Does anyone know if it is possible to sort by sales without having to write any code?

Hi, I have version 1.9.1 installed. Update to 1.9.2. is available. I get the message “An error occurred while updating Uncode: Update package not available.” The rest my the website and plugins are all up to date. Any ideas???
Hi! We searched our Help Center database but we don’t have other users reporting this problem. When this happen with plugins is always related to permissions, for example do you have some security plugin or autentication screens? Do you foresee yourselves ever ditching visual composer anytime soon?

Every author that uses Visual Composer has asked this question, but we must say that the team is continuing to publish good updates for a product that is certainly stable and rich of features (although there is a lot of buzz around new visual builders these days, this is just one aspect of a WordPress product), so we definitely not soon.

Unfortunately after searching in the Help Center we didn’t find any tickets related to responsive tables plugins, so we don’t know if everything is fine or non of our users used them. If you are interested to test Tablenator with Uncode my suggestion is to contact the Tablenator plugin authors first, if you explain the situation I think they can guarantee for a refund if there are any problem (we do the same when requested). We hope this suggestion can help you and that there are no compatibility issues.

Is this theme still being actively developed? There hasn’t been any theme updates in over 3 months. I’ve noticed Uncode’s Woocommerce theme files are out of date. Other themes I use make regular updates so I’m wondering if it’s a good investment to buy another Uncode license or if it’s better to buy another theme that is more actively developed.

Hi, in your next update can you spend some time improving your Woocommerce checkout, login/register, and the “my account” pages? All of them feel forgotten. Which is odd because everything else about your theme seems thoughtful. Here’s an example: Go to one of your theme examples (https://undsgn.com/uncode/shops/checkout/) and without logging in or creating an account, click on “Returning customer? Click here to login” on the Woocommerce checkout page. What’s with the padding issues there? Here’s another example: Again, using one of your theme examples, go to https://undsgn.com/uncode/shops/my-account/. The my-account page needs some basic styling. The Login and Register buttons have no padding. And it’s been like this for years. I’ve never said anything before because I thought you would fix it by now but it still looks the way it always has. Here’s another example, this time login to an account and then visit https://undsgn.com/uncode/shops/my-account/. Where is the icon for payment methods under the Myaccount-navigation-link? Again, something that has been missing for years but never fixed. So, back to my point. It would be nice if you’re supporting Woocommerce to actually take the time to make sure all aspects of your Woocommerce integration look good. Lastly, it would be nice if you had a form where I can report bugs and submit feature requests without needing a support license. I want to help but if you make it too hard to provide feedback, I will spend my time elsewhere.

Hi, we are now fixing the report we received from you, everything is fine with the logins and you are right but can you please explain “the checkout page needs a margin between the login form and the coupon section that are above the customer details section when the login section is toggled open” and in case upload a screenshot so we can check and understand?

Is there a way to add a searchbar to the menu? A lot of websites have a searchbar at the top, instead of just a search icon. I want my customers to easily search whatever they want without having to click an icon.
I also want to know if, when you add a custom field to a page, does that custom field also show up in the search terms. I want to set up a site where people can search on modelnumber and go to a landingpage for that specific part. I want this page to be different than a WooCommerce page.
