Please I have two main issues. 1. I have tried to change the the colour of the main navigation background without success. Please how do I go about changing it?
2. The ‘learn more’ pages on the ‘Package’ are not opening. Each time they are clicked it usually says page not found. Same with other existing pages that came with the theme. Please look into it and guide on what I should do.

I don’t think you can do that. I think the ownership can’t be transferred. However, about this kind of matter, I suggest you to contact Envato support directly. They should answer more precise than me.
I needed to change ownership a year ago and Envato support adviced me to contact the theme author. All I need is to be able to contact support from my personal account. Is it possible to buy from another account just support without theme?
Asking us, we’re ok with that but it’s quite weird if Envato answered that to you. Because we can’t do anything about it. The user’s purchase code information is kept with Envato and they handle all about that. We can’t assign the purcahse code to another Envato account..
In my case they just sent me to the author, I explained him I paid less than a week ago and made a mistake with account. Author told me he would delete licence and I had to buy it again, and after refund put $10 more price and told he didnt want customer like me.. Finally my client bought it from his account with $10 extra… I told it to Envato and asked for help, but they told they couldnt help, and all this happened just 1 week after purchase… So I know it for sure Envato doesnt help with licence transfer, all depends on you..When I purchased it I had no idea the licence transfer would be so problem..Do you have any idea how to solve it? how to install woocomerce in this theme?
Just a quick question. Trying to make galleries for package pages, seems LayerSlider is the go, could not figure out what galleries post was for, doesn’t seem to work. Anyway in LayerSlider, you create the Slide background and then the Slide Thumbnail, Can I use the same image for both? Does it optimise and shrink the Thumbnail, or is it better to upload a second copy of the image that is much smaller?

We bought the Tour package theme couple of years ago, and it has worked fine. But i am not able to understand the pourpose of “Logo witdh” option. If upload a big logo, it breaks the menu. I would expect that “LOGO WIDTH” limits its size. But I am not able see any effect when set, for instance, “193” as a parameter. So I have been using a small logo. In PC view it looks fine, but when I open it on a mobile device I realize it looks pixelated, because it is a small logo. So what can I do in order to have a beautifull good resolution mobile version logo?

It seems that with the latest version of woocommerce, the woocommerce layout options regarding full width or sidebar selection don’t work at all. That doesn’t really gets in my way. What troubles me is that the single product appears as a post rather than a page, in the predefined blog area with the predefined sidebar for that blog area. That is a problem. I’d rather have the single product show in a page layout with a custom page header and title without post author details etc. Is that possible ?

Oh I think I understand you now. The problem is we don’t have the pre defined Woocommerce template in this theme so It will use to layout of single post to show instead. Sorry about that but we don’t have the single Woo template :/
