I was following the instructions and after I installed and activated the theme, I got this message:

How can I edit the telephone number in the header section and also dd email next to the telephone number with icon?

That section is the Header Contact Section, and you can change/remove it as per your requirements by going into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header and you will find “Contact Info” just change/remove it as per your requirements from there.

Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-corporate-8 not found. Maybe you mean: ‘full-width-slider’ or ‘full-width-video’ or ‘full-width-slider1’ or ‘full-width-video1’
I have downloaded the full files and i looked for Revolution Sliders Demo, but there is no such folder. Could you tell me how to fix this issue?

Hello.. I think the infinite scroll option in product archive pages has problems if actual category has hidden out of stock products. I have a category where all active/visible products loads on first page but the load more button still appear and if a user click the button it change to status LOADING… and never stops.
Actually i guess that is because there is no more active/visible products available but 7-8 hidden out of stock products.

I have just tested the theme at my end with the same scenario having 14 products in a category and 12 products are in stock and 2 products set as out of stock showing/load first 12 products on a products page initially and when Scrolling it works perfectly fine with “Load More” Option and with “Infinite Scroll” option as well.

Hello.. Yes that works perfectly fine on my end also but problem appear when out of stock items are hidden. Have you tried to hide all out of stok items?
Set WC settings to hide out of stock items or use this code in your tests:

I have tested now in multiple installs and get the same issue when products is hidden, then load more option have some wierd behaviors.

Wierd, tested with several installs and same is the same. I will setup a new clean install so you can see the problem without going into my live site. I’ll let you know when i have some better time

You should add the widgets in the Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Filter >> Add the Widgets in the sidebar then it will auto show on the product_brand page.

My problem is that i have setted to SIDEBAR not show by default. so i can configure al category level to show the side bar in some categories, but i don´t have any way to configure to show sidebar in product_brand archive pages cause it is a custom tax.

We have removed some small changing options from the Theme Options because it makes the Theme heavy and Cart Icon Changing Option is one of them so now you have to change the cart icon with the help of Custom CSS as per your requirements, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the Content Value as per your requirements your issue will solve.

@pardiston – Your menu is big and you have to set this CSS which as standard is set to -2000px. Add this new with -3000px and your problem will solve. .mega-menu .popup { top: -3000px; }

I’m really unable to replicate the 3 block under the call to action of the Porto Finance theme demo. I installed it on a dummy site to see css, but I’ m not able to do the same thing in my real website.

Actually this section is simply Created by using the below given steps:
1. We have created three rows.
2. Divided all three rows in two columns.
3. Set/Uses Text Block WP Bakery element each of the Column and write text in it.

Hi. After updating to the new version, I have had a big issue on website, lots of errors etc. I have succesfully restored to the backup a day earlier, but still would like to have a new updated porto running, this was one of the errors:
Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/igorp294/public_html/wp-content/plugins/slider-images/Slider.php on line 11
And the entire layout was completely messed up, front page actually displayed this error on itself etc.

The issue you are facing in not because of the theme but it because of you defined the WP Memory Limit twice or at the wrong place, Like your server already has some Pre-defined WP Memory on your site, and one plugin clearly showing in your above given Notice “slider-images” trying to overrides your server default Memory Limit that is why the Notice is generated.
So always please deactivate all the third party plugins before update the theme and then try to update the theme via CPanel by following the steps given below hope you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will update the theme for you.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.Your theme will be updated easily.

Please make sure that you are using the latest Porto theme without customization in the JS or php files and with all latest plugins. We have already tested the mobile menu in the latest theme and did not find any issue with the mobile menu.
And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired March 2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

How can I disable the “Size Guide” in the woocommerce product page

The Size Guide Tabel comes from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and you can see in the screenshot clearly that Block is being used to create that tab so go to Blocks find the particular Block: https://prnt.sc/iog8kv and just edit and change as per your requirement and as you said that you want to disable/remove the Size guide tab from Single Product Page so just remove the Block Slug name from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page: https://prnt.sc/iog8ke and check your site after removing the browser cache.
