Hello! Great theme!
We are getting an error message in our Dashboard stating that the WooCommerce Files are out of date:
“Your theme (Kleo) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”
We have already updated the theme to Kleo 4.4. What do we need to do? Thank you!

Hi, I have just installed the new version 4.4.1 but on Aspect – Themes – Theme’s Detail the version is 4.4. Is it just a forgetfulness in style.css? Let me know. Greetings
HI, right now the newest version is 4.4.2 and yes there was a version that hadn’t the style.css updated. Now you should be able to update with no problem

Theme customizer is not working and I can not contact support anymore. Does anyone know why customizer does not work? It is very annoying as it is a basic feature of the website, but I am forced to renew support to have it resolved. You’d expect it to work properly. Whenever I make changes in the customizer, they are not saved on the actual (live) website.
Hi, try to change the same settings from Theme options. We aren’t aware of any issue with saving changes in customizer. You should see what errors you get
what files would i edit to change the buddy press members and groups list layout? wanting to make images larger and change text. position.

Hi, “My account” link form Kleo menu is visible even though you are not logged in. This is happening to me after 2 years using this theme without that problem. Thanks if there is any tip!

Hi, sorry for any delays. For each install you will need a different license. You are not required to use a membership plugin but you can use one. Registration form is automatically generated based on the defined Base Group fields from BuddyPress
So , it is not compatible with multisite. Correct?

this theme is amazing and I’ve been using for years! I have a community site, and now I’m creating my store using WooCommerce. I have 2 questions:
1) How can I create the store Landing page as in the Demo version? I still want to keep my community Home Page as it is, and I just would like to create a www.site.com/store page with the same visual as in Demo. How can I achieve this?
2) I noticed a WooCommerce warning in admin after installation informing that there are outdated woocommerce templates in the theme. (Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.)
Can you help me with this?

1. You should be able to import that page from Appearance – Kleo Demo data and a new page will be available in Pages

Mobile/Responsive menu shows up when pressed, but then it disappear and this makes the menu unusable. Also Kleo tabs responsive menu don’t work. There are no extra plugins installed, besides the ones bundled with the theme. Any clue to what may be the problem?

SOLVED. It was the download manager plugin loading bootstrap that caused the problem.

We don’t publish the files changes since it wasn’t that requested and it is advised not to change theme files but use the child theme for any overrides.
