Hello,
I removed a box model background layer and somehow that made the theme disable certain things. I am no longer able to edit the general settings of certain sections or elements. Such as image/list/icons have not checked all of them yet.
I was wondering how to get this option back since it removed parts of the site and I have no clue why exactly.

This function is not implemented – it would be pretty hard to code it because of the robustness. However, you can add a JS code bounded to every element, so you can write this as your own custom javascript easily.

Hi, When you go to Sitemap / Blog Archive and try to Select another layout the buttons Save or Cancel are not working… So it’s impossible to exit from here even by typing ESC key. Please see on http://prntscr.com/lkm83w May you fix that? It happens with your latest update… Thanx!

Hi, I can’t figure something out so that’s why I’m turning to you. I have build a Woocommerce shop with your theme but I have found one bug. Whenever I filter on product attributes on my shop page (https://chocdecor.be/belfine/) all goes well but when I start off from a product category page (for example NEW) and filter then it seems to change lay-outs and shows the results in a very weird way with a default header on top. You can try it via this link: https://chocdecor.be/product-categorie/new/ I searched in the lay-outs to look if I could find the template but I can’t find it anywhere. Thanks in advance!

For any struggling with the Advanced Customfields Pro update not applying to the active plugin.
Issue: “There is a new version of Advanced Custom Fields PRO available. View version 5.7.7 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To enable updates, please enter your license key on the Updates page. If you don’t have a licence key, please see details & pricing.”
Resolution: You can upgrade from 5.7.6 to 5.7.7 by:
1) Upgrading to the latest Ark: Ark > Updates > “Update All Above”
2) Deactivating and uninstalling the 5.7.6 version.
3) Navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
4) Select install Advanced Customfields Pro.
After the install,
5) Activate Advanced Customfields Pro
Not sure if deactivating, uninstalling then installing the new version will cause any issues but it has worked for me on multiple sites.

Hello there, is there any way to allow for a single click on the parent menu item of a dropdown?
Currently you have to double click which causes the dropdown menu to stay open.
I’d like to only view dorpdown on hover, but when you click the parent menu item, it goes to the page on a single click.
Also, I don’t have current support because I’ve purchased the theme through my client’s account.

Not sure if this is what you mean but In “Ark > Headers” there is an option called “Menu items with submenu on mobile opens submenu and not go to another page”, you could try it, apart from that there are no similar options.

Hi guys, I’m having a problem with the paralax background-images on the Firefox browser. I’m running the 1.40.0 latest version of Ark so that’s not the issue. For example the images on this page: http://kreatixlabs.be/soul/our-services/ are perfect on chrome, safari etc. but not on Firefox. I saw in the changelogs that this was fixed in the 1.35 version but it still doesn’t seem to work 100%. Do you have a quickfix (css) for this? Thanks in advance!

Looking at your site, the theme itself seems updated but not the Fresh Framework plugin which contains the code relevant to the Firefox issue. See if you can manually update the Fresh Framework plugin via “Appearance > Install Plugins”. Please do the same for the “Ark Core” plugin too.

Alternatively it is a 3rd party cache issue, meaning you need to flush some cache somewhere in order to get the new files to load. Cache could be in a plugin, hosting settings, etc.
Something about the update from 1.39 to 1.40 does not work: I always get the message “The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Advanced Customfields Pro.”
The attempt to update the plugin, however, brings only the message: “Updating Plugin: Advanced Customfields Pro – Update package not available.”

Most probably you are referring to Ark Facebook Group – we do not provide official support there.
I’m certain, that after more than 12 000 hours invested into the development, Ark is a pretty comprehensive theme. However, what features are you missing?

Pre sale questions: 1. Is ACF Pro included as a part of this theme? 2. Is the theme based on bootstrap 4? 3. In case the answer to 2 is “no”, can I get details about the css classes that can be used in cpt templates to create some of the bootstrap for functionality like tabs, inline lists and tooltips?
4. Can I create single page templates for custom post type which includes fields from acf pro with the builder provided in the theme?

The ticketing system (from helpscout.com) is email-based so everything should be in your email.
We have now replied to the ticket again, see if you get an email. If yes, our older message should be in it too (in history).

I’m dumbstruck, you say helpscout supply support but I haven’t had any replies from them. I’m now stuck and unless I pay you further with your ‘hire-us’ option I’ll be unable to get my issues resolved. I’ve bought many themes with varying degrees of support but this has to be the worst

Apologies for the miscommunication, there is no need to pay for this one. But please note that it is not our fault that you are unable to configure Google Maps account on your own. This issue is basically between you and your Google account, we are only 3rd party, but we are willing to offer a basic help with this to compensate for the email issues you have experienced when trying to get support. Still not sure what happened there, I would say our helpscout emails ended up in your spam folder but you have said you looked so I dont know what happened really. We have no reports of similar issue from other users. We have now sent you another email, please continue the conversation there so we can easily keep track of the full history of those messages.

many thanks – I’ve checked the spam, done a search, etc but no email has appeared from helpscout
I’m stuck between Google saying the map isn’t working because it’s the theme and you saying it’s Google, so i just don’t know where to turn. I’ve placed my API in another theme just today and that is working fine but when placing it in the the X theme though it appears it has ‘for development purposes’ written across it
