There is a login redirect setting in WP admin – LMS – Settings which can be used for this purpose.

I installed recently and I see an alert that the theme is not 100% compatible with woocommerce. I also see a couple of plugins that are not updated that come with the package, how do I update them? Another query: if I install the demo material then I can delete it or replace it only? thank you
You can safely ignore this notice, there is no impact on functioning. Our update releasing this week-end will resolve this.
We have minor issues with wplms, when accessing a mp4 video with the url inside an embedded PC, while hovering the mouse cursor over the video window, the video window jumps on the screen. The other problem is that free courses are not automatically freeing up for new users, remembering that the option “Enables automatic enrollment in all free courses on the site for students when they log in / register and activate their accounts.” it is marked I’m waiting.
Which video player are you using for playing videos ? The default is mediaelements are you using any other player ? Are your new users activating their accounts ? The hook which assigns free courses runs on account activation, so it will not run when you enable register and login simultaneously in the custom registration form, or create accounts from WP admin – users – add new
We display the mp4 url of the video within the embed (for example: [embed] http://ead.teknisa.com/training/sistemas/abertura_de_caso.mp4 [/ embed], we insert this code inside the html page of the LMS itself, if you can send us the appropriate code to display video on the page.About the free courses are not being linked to the new users, the issue is that some courses are released and some not (for example: we have 15 courses in the platform where the user to log in the “My Courses” tab only 7 appear, we have a detail that the user is automatically registered in the platform via plugin, this plugin leaves only people who have the email and password registered in the company database, when doing the query and see that the email and password are valid, the user is automatically created within WPLMS.

hi, i am trying to install the demo 10 theme but i have been told the following by my developer ‘• Demo data import returned few errors – http://take.ms/hXe3a (screenshot) and does not imported demo data correctly. Front end editor removes existing course categories. It keeps one category and removes others. So, every time i edit any course from front end i lose course categories.
I created support ticket but they are saying to create feature request.
I think its bug and front end should behave like back end (multiple dropdown for category).
Well in front end course creation you can select only one course category .Provision to select multiple course categories is not available as of now , it will be added in upcoming update of wplms .
That means i cant edit course from front end as it removes existing categories (keeping one only)? Any alternate solution to edit course from front end without affecting existing categories?
Any idea when multi dropdown will be added for categories on front end?

in S3 I have an issues instructors unable to upload s3 file when they do and got http error message and admin can do the upload file in s3 driver but very slow to upload file so please check and fix this issues and i already all the details your email

This is easily possible. Simply use the WooCommerce shop function for this. Create products and attach ebooks, for shipping, configure the shipping section of WooCommerce. No additional plugins required.

This issue was resolved with BuddyPress update and it seems to have appeared again. The fix actually is quite an easy one, add this CSS in WP admin – Appearance – Customizer – Custom CSS :

- How to use different slug for instructors and students? right now all use “members” slug. I want instructor and students use different slug.
- How to use featured video ?
- How to sell course in downloadable and dvd format with different price? there is option when user wants to take the course
- I followed your snippet to add custom info on single course details page (wplms_course_details_array filter), i placed it inside wplms_customizer class and its not working, i think its because the fn inside class, i already modify the callable to use array(CLASS, fn) but still not working. Please help.
- Is there guide on how to use “wp rockets” caching plugin for max performance ?
- Please give big sites URL example that has use wplms

1. The members slug appears from Members directory page. The slug of this page is the “members” part in the profile link. This may not be possible now, as this is controlled by BuddyPress.
2. The featured video is coming up in 3.8 releasing early next week.
3. You can connect multiple products with the same course using the WPLMS WooCommerce variable pricing plugin. Create two variations, with different price, attach a downloadable dvd with one variation and set it for a different price.
4. Please share the tip link, make sure the wplms customizer plugin is active, no need to place it inside the class you can place in wplms_customizer.php.
5. Currently,it is not recommended to enable page caching plugins like WP rocket. it caches pages and the header does not show logged in status. For this we’lve added ajax header loading in the 3.8 which would reoslve this issue.

- Hope in the future, you can create workaround to use custom slugs for instructor and students so it will avoid confusion.

Why its not working inside class?
- So with wplms 3.8, it is possible to use wp rockets. Can you create guide how to setup it correctly?
- Does caching solution like w3tc or wp rockets still needed? I try both and wp rockets has less issue, hope you can create guide for this.
- It may be possible to use member type slug, we have not explored it yet.
- The code will not work if it is put inside a class as the callback is looking for a global function not a class member function.
– There is no special setting, our idea is to enable page caching by loading header separately. Of course there will be some page which you will have to remove from cache like profile and directories etc.
- Totally depends, if you want to make your site load faster caching plugins do a great job, just that when there are dynamic elements in page like the header which shows a different image,name & logged in status for every member, the page cached will still show the non-logged in header.

On wplms – page builder manager, why everytime i import new layout, the previous ones gone? Shouldn’t it be that the page layouts add more, not replacing the existing ones. I want to import all home demo so i can mix and match them freely on page. With the current state, it will only keep the last layout that i import, all others will be gone.

We’re releasing new demos to show this. The demo11 uses the new header style. if you enable the switch in WP admin – WPLMS – Header – Course search , the search icon will change into search bar with category selection. this again will be shown in one of our demos.

Will instructors be able to modify the eventon ticket’s function from the instructor front-end with their add-on or any other add on they sell?
No, EventOn earlier used to give extended license for in theme bundling we have single-calendar addon in wplms-eventon but they’ve stopped extended licensing so, we can not bundle their ticketing addon. If you have the addon and are willing to share it with us then we can try the integration.
I’ll see what your WPLMS Appointments features show before deciding if I need to get eventOn to sell live courses. Batches does not suit it well due to the frequency of courses and having to monitor seats in each repeating date.
Loved your theme and interested to buy it. I am the only instructor who will teach video courses through my websites based on photography. I have One question that is Can I make it a subscription based website? Like free courses can download anyone but if they want PRO labeled courses then they have to buy monthly subscription like $8 per month or $99 per year. Can I do this? Is it in-built?
