And if you read at the bottom he says as it works for him after fixed paysera and only use PayPal.

The problem was with our payment provider Paysera – they had settings for different status of order during “add to cart” and “checkout”. And for some reason these settings were working incorrectly, when orders were cancelled. Now its fixed

Yes, When you Import the particular Demo on your site, the animated text, arrows and all the special Fonts will be imported with the particular Demo and yes that is not included in the Short code list because many animation of it is made using Custom CSS.

Well, i do 1-3 tests weekly to keep track on my statistics and to measure any changes caused by plugin and theme updates, and pagespeed is the only tool that can show me these stats as it has been used for years to build this stats.

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of number of clients, license works with number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from ThemeForest here:

I did not manage to update theme (I’m getting server timeout – any tips?), so it is not in wp-content/themes/porto/inc/plugins yet. Where is it in downloaded file from themeforest, please?

Please edit your homepage and scroll below to the bottom you will find Porto Modal Box element like showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAmqYgB.png so that modal box is generated using that Modal Box Element and the styling and Background image is being set for it via Custom CSS you will find in the Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/HAmsBWL.png & https://pasteboard.co/HAmt6lU.png

If you want to remove the Pop-Up, just simply delete the Porto Modal Box element.

Please try to update the theme by following the steps listed below hope you will not find an issue.

First of all please take the complete backup of your site/theme current version and then please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/category/general/installation/ and also please deactivate all the site third-party plugins before an update because many of the times the third party plugins conflict with the new theme files and creating an issue for the site but you have to activate the third party plugins again after theme update one by one.

Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:

1. Take the complete backup of your current site. (If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanelwp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything. (If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Your theme will be updated easily.

Please make sure that you allowed Manage Stock: “Enable stock management” from WooCommerce >> Setting >> Product >> Inventory and also please make sure that also dis-allow Out of stock visibility: “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” from the same path and then check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issue.

This surely come from your custom code or also it can be a third party plugin involved in wooCommerce. WooCommerce version 3.0+ is a Mega Major version and a lot of allowed code is now deprecated. So you will have to test every thing. Also that new WooCommerce version have some bugs as well.

So please try/test the theme once on a fresh new WordPress with only the theme required/recommended plugins not Installed with a singe third party plugin and check your site hope you will not find this issue.
