Hello, my support expired, I just reinstalled the theme with Wordpress 5.0.2 (i’ve got the latest version of Cryptic) and LearnPress demo pages are empty in demo installation of the theme. How can I get it please? This is not support or help but a normal thing I deserve after ordered the theme (add to that the demo import functionality is full of bugs, f12 console in the browser report in a loop errors with admin.settings… stuff and stucked at 99% at the end).

Unfortunately, this version of the theme is not compatible with WP 5.0. We are working on patching all of our themes so it will take a few days until the newest theme update will be available. It would be just best to revert back to WP 4.9, until further notice.

Then I paid again for support (I’m at least $150+ for that theme today) and installed the update that works now with WP5. Results are the same, even worse:
- Activating the plugins made wp-admin with an error 500 (after searching which plugin cause problem, I found modula-best-grid-gallery was needed to uninstall to have access to my wp-admin again) - Demo import still have in a loop “TypeError: settings.data is undefined” - Demo still blocked at 99% - Home page return in console: TypeError: t is null[En savoir plus] particles.min.js:9:22394 Trying to start timer when countdown already at 0 - Learnpress Courses are empty (If I look closer, in wp-admin Pages, I see many pages that appearing twice; if I open the other LP-Courses other duplicate page, here is the results: https://imgur.com/a/Ue4dF5B )
So for me a lot of things are broken, for the price I’ve paid. What to do now please ?

1. You can add any link you want in the “Buy Tokens” button.
2. Is your decision what payment gateway you need to use, the theme does not integrate a crypto wallet if you are referring to this.
3. You can through customising the WooCommerce file, but it does not have this field at the moment.

I have a broken theme, installing dummy data and any of 5 plugins breaks the site. After spending 2 days trying to make this theme work, All I have to show is the white screen of death! Major setback for me considering that I have a deadline to take our website live. I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and have yet to get competent support.
If I cannot receive a theme that functions 100% as advertised then I need a REFUND TODAY!

I have updated my site using the envato plugin, however i use a child theme, do i need to update it also ? i see that the new version is installed on the main theme but th echild theme still shows as 1.0
